My little one was giving me a tough time for getting his passport photo done. Got Turned away by Auspost and Officeworks. I then asked around and went to Express Images in the town centre. To my surprise, his photo got clicked at the second attempt by Mary who is pretty wonderful with kids. The shop also has a host of photo printing and framing options. Definitely recommended for passport photos.

The staffs here are very friendly, the visa and passport photos took by them are perfect and pass all the visa applications.

Great service, and they custom-made a piece for me that no one else was willing to do in a shadow box. Very helpful and highly recommended, Anthony and the team. Will definitely be going back to get more work done from this place.

We have been through this place for an India passport photo, Indian visa photo, Australia passport photo. They are really good with kids passport photos. Within 15 min photos are ready to pick up.

Great experience getting my babies (10 week old) passport photo taken today. So quick, easy and such friendly service. We’d been to the post office prior and hadn’t had luck, so went here. The photo taking process was done within minutes thanks so much!

Absolutely dreadful experience. I went in for a passport photo, paying an exorbitant $25 due to the urgency. To make matters worse, the elderly lady in charge was incredibly impolite. When the photos were handed over, they were improperly cut. Upon inquiry, I was told they don't offer that service, and if I wanted it done, I'd have to do it myself with the tools outside. Seriously? I shelled out $25 for four photos only to face this? This feels like a blatant money-making scheme, hoping customers will make a mistake when cutting the photos themselves. This was by far the worst experience I've had, leaving me feeling scammed.

We had gone to the place for a 6 weeks old bub’s passport photo which was a big job to get the little one pose. The staff did a tremendous job and showed a lot of patience with us. A 5 star service. Thanks guys and we will be back soon for a family photo.

The studio uses an umbrella light to take passport photos. That improves the lighting on your face removing unwanted shadows. Fast delivery.

They took my 3-year old boy's passport photo, and the result was fantastic! The team at Xpress Images were both friendly and professional. Highly recommended for passport photos especially for little kids!

Went in to get a newborn passport photo. Staff were friendly and helpful and photos were good. However not really professional setup for taking newborn photos I had to hold her by her bum and the back of the neck with two fingers without showing on the picture which was awkward and felt dangerous as she was wriggly and could have fallen forward if my partner had not helped support her also. Why not just lie them on a white mat and take the photo lying down or even swaddle the newborn if need be and have them lie down. Will save some more time and hassle and will be more safer. I feel a bit more common sense could have been used here to take newborn photos.

I needed a last minute photo job done and the lady that served me was absolutely brilliant! Thank you so much for helping me out.she went above and beyond! Even wrapped my framed photo for me:)

Staff went above and beyond to help me take good passport photos with my kids today. I got the wrong country unfortunately and have to do it again. But I know where to go now for it to get done nicely. They are absolutely amazing with kids. Highly recommend!

We had difficult children who needed passport photos. The staff were very caring and helped calm them to take the photos. Definitely would recommend them and use them again

Just awesome, Addison (the girl that looks literally like a walking super model) was SO helpful, my phone wasnt working right and she did everything she could, to get my stuff printed for my sons school assignment, Renee was super helpful too and they are both just a pleasure to be around, they are just Angel's, so kind, and super quick too! I cannot recommend highly enough, go here for your printing everyone! If not just to see one of the most beautiful girls you'll ever see, haha sorry Addison! But you genuinely are just gorgeous. I can be a creep cause were both girls hahaha, thankyou both so much! I'd give 1000 stars if I could. Amazing customer service. Perfect help finding the right sizes, super quick. Will definitely return!

Not recommended for passport photos, Unprofessional and expensive. We went to officeworks to get a new pictures.

Always great customer service every time I have visited. Very friendly and most helpful answering questions and generously spending time to help me achieve the best quality for my photos. Very generous this visit after getting a number of test prints done, extra larger prints were added in free of charge. A lovely surprise and very helpful in helping me decide which photos I want to get larger prints made up. Thank you.
