If I could give zero stars I would! We were told a delivery time.been waiting an hour and a half for our order! Called them, only to be told that they haven't even made them yet! Worst service ever!

Great tasting pizza very busy but it was worth the wait.
Staff where frendly when thay served me.

Absolutely love the staff and atmosphere! Great pizzas, pastas, pastas and people. Favourite pizza has to be either marakesh or hangover fix!
They also do delivery and the dessert pizzas are to die for

These people don’t no how to run a business putting people on hold for 20 mins. Then being hung up on not good policy. I bet the management need to be retrained

As a long time local and now former customer, after being asked to hold, left for 15 min, while other phone orders were taken while I'm left listening, hung up on twice, asked for the managers, another 15 min on wait til I was hung up on AGAIN, I eventually got one kid who pressed the alleged manager who I heard not giving a rats arse as she tried to get him to speak, KNOWING after I pointed out I was a local, long term regular customer they will lose, thanks for nothing, make the most of the tourist dollars, ya won't get any more of mine when they're gone. EPIC FAIL! NO STARS, I just had to pick one to post!

This is the second time I have been to this pizza place time I ordered I specifically asked plz no Parmesan on my orde I’ve got a allergy they didn’t care they went ahead and put it on there anyway had to wait another 30 mins for another one. I went there today again after a few months told the girl plz don’t put Parmesan cheese last time they did it when I specifically asked not to they go I’m sorry I’ll make sure we don’t after waiting 45 minutes for our pizza once again they have put it on and to top it off the staff were so rude about it like I was the one in the wrong never again will I come back for what to wait 45 mins get wrong order and be spoken to by rude staff

Best value pizza ever, great when you feel like a junk food fix, we had the cheese burger pizza and it was just great. Loads of toppings

Been to the rye place many times, as always the pizzas are great but tonight just done it for me.
We ordered at 7pm and didn't get our pizza till 9pm. I have called up asking where my order may be and I was told it was getting delivered at 8.25pm waited half hr and still nothing and called again. Also this time our pizzas were luke warm (almost cold) 2 starving kids waiting for there once off night of takeaway way pass there bed time.

Also wasn't given a rough time on how long the order would be, like they normally would do.

We were told 25 mins to be delivered.
We ended up waiting over 2 hours. I had to call over 5 times to find out what was happening only to be told the driver was on his way repeqtedly. Very disappointed to have luke warm pizzas delivered.

Friendly service, great food. Best to phone order for pickup as can get very busy on Friday & Saturday nights

So rocked up. 7pm Tuesday night. 4 staff on. Only guests in the resturant. While we waited for menus and water. Nobody came to serve us at all. Ok one on phone taking phone orders. While other three stood around talking to each other. We left. Business must be so good mid winter Rye that you can ignore customers.based on your response. Would NEVER return. We asked if we could eat and was told yes. No info about no table service. So many pizza resturants between dromana and sorrento. Your call on your service.

Take away pizzas. Quick service and so freaking delish. Pizzas look like the pictures advertised. Tried the Marikesh and American Burger pizzas. Next time we're in town we'll be coming back to taste the other flavours.

After ordering a marinara pasta this evening was very disappointed when it arrived when I got home you had to spot the marinara in the food it is very disappointing would not give it one star because there wasn't a full piece of any sort of seafood in that pasta whatsoever I believe my money was taken very disappointing will never go there again

Best pizza on the peninsula. Both shops are great but Rye maybe just a little ahead of Dromana. Also at Cowes on Phillip Island

Best pizza in Melbourne! Great selection of pizzas, especially for vegetarians. Paesano in particular was delicious. Bit of a wait on a busy summer night, but definitely worth it!

Best pizza I’ve had in Melbourne and down the peninsula - absolutely loved the thin base. Highly recommended!

Clearly told the Aussie bloke working at front that we wanted to eat in just outside after waiting 30 minutes for our food with one table full and was clearly not busy. Didn't check to see us sitting at the front and claimed he did call the order. If you call the order and don't bother to check when the clientelle is minimal, then what are you paying your staff to do? I might as well do my own check in meal at McDonald's. I did say eat in and when we got the order it was in the box not even on the plate. Nice? I think not. Xpress for a reason.workers aren't happy.

Seriously the BEST pizza I have ever had! Visiting for the weekend and can't believe how much better this tastes than anything I have had from Melbourne!

Veggie pizza was good, not the best I’ve ever had nor the worst however I did have an olive seed on my pizza that I unfortunately bit on.
I do like this pizza joint but I can be very hit and miss.

Staff were friendly. Waited an hour for an order i phoned in and was told half n hour went in 5 minutes before the said time for them to say "be about 5 minutes" 45 minutes and forgotten pizzas later i got home and they got one of the pizzas wrong. Not very impressed. Ill stick with dominos.
