Xifa Bayati

Got gas for AC filled here, i assumed it was all good. Couldn't check as i got it done in winter. Hit summer, noticed AC was not working. Went to another place to get it serviced, was advised that person that did it before, Xifa Bayati had not done it correctly. So I paid for nothing and had several hot days in my car, when I paid for the AC to be fixed. Was told that Xifa Bayati didn't do the GAS in my car properly as it needs the exact amount of gas, if it is over or under, it won't work. So I suffered through no fault of my own and I paid for this. Useless and very unhappy.

Excellent service by Tony, very professional, very friendly, and reasonably priced service. Would definitely recommend it and be a regular customer.

Brought the car in to check a small oil leak. Tony was easy to deal with and put the car straight on the hoist. Checked it out and with his team and i was explained the issue in detail. Tony also offered to fix the problem right now while I waited which is not the service you get from many mechanics. I waited in the office which had a huge tv with Netflix available and the 90mins went in no time! I was also sent pictures of the work to my mobile phone. Outstanding service, really nice guy who you can tell loves his business and gives you the confidence that he will treat your car like his own. Nice modern shop very clean and organised. Hidden gem in the back streets of campbellfield. Just to add I treat my car like one of my children and I would never recommend someone that I thought was just trying to get you in for a easy dollar. I will be reccomending this business to friends, family and work colleagues. Give it a try and very well priced also.

My car came out like it was new. Noticeable big difference. They went above and beyond what was required and the team are friendly and efficient. No hidden extras or costs but the quality of the workmanship, parts and fluids was 5 Star. Could not be happier and finally have a mechanic in my area I trust. I've always had my car serviced at VW, staying with the dealership that it was purchased from. My cars about 9 years old now and has developed a few problems. Random intermittent problems. After having VW look at it several times over the past few years they had been unable to find and fix these issues.
Well, shortly after dropping my car off to Xifa Bayati I recieved a call from one of their mechanics. They had found the problems and gave me a quote on the spot to repair. Which was cheaper than I had expected.
I had them service the car while it was there, The major 120k service, and service the dsg. Both were cheaper than VW had quoted.

The car runs like a dream now. Couldn't be happier! A+
