I have bought a number of items from your store previously and have been happy with your service. However I must say that I am not at all pleased with my latest attempt to purchase an item, I refer specifically to my order N97285, I ordered and paid for this item on 26/9/23, to date this item has not been dispatched, though I have requested information twice, and received notification that it would be dispatched immediately, needless to say I am unimpressed.

Great product.
However I ordered a 400kg safe and was under the impression that it would be delivered to a safe place. It's now stored outside my house wrapped in a tarp because the delivery company xhunter use had no equipment to move it from the rear of the truck.
I had requested it to be delivered under cover - either in the garage or the outdoor living area - reasonably given the cost of the item and shipping charges. Both have good open access.
I believe the seller assumes responsibility for delivery also - especially when charged $441 for freight. If you can't meet the basic delivery expectations then DO NOT ship the sold goods. Or is this a case of make some money then shift the blame?
I understand this review can be directed at the freight company as well as the seller, and will leave an appropriate review for them too.
If the safe rusts before I can hire a forklift to move it, I'll be sending it back. Very disappointed. Won't bother doing business in future.

WORST COMPANY EVER!

Tried calling multiple times, No answer.
Tried online chat, No reply.
Tried emailing, very delayed and dishonest responses.

Frank told me he has dispatched the item however couldn't prove it by providing a tracking number.

One week later made a complaint through PayPal. The day I made the complaint is the day the item was dispatched.

Frank is a liar and Xhunter is not professional.

My advice. STAY AWAY!

I have used xhunter for over two years now and have always been happy with the price, the range, the availability and speed of delivery of the product. On one occasion there was an order mistake and my original order was rectified immediately without question. I have no hesitation in recommending xhunter to any of my friends and colleagues to shop at.

Good website, most things are easy to find. Filtering could be a little better. When in stock, goods a dispatched and posted almost immediately. I recommend Xhunter, no complaints:)

Ordered 2 items on the 4/4/2023 the website indicated they were in stock. I had to follow up on the 9/4 as the order was still sitting in the processing status. Tried to ring on both of the telephone numbers and no response only a message saying they are unavailable and email them. Emailed support and on average it has taken 4-5 days to receive a response from support. I was told that they only had 1 item in stock and that they were transferring stock and the order would be fulfilled an shipped by the end of the week (14/4). Received another response on the 14/4 to the original support request advising me to choose an alternative product. I requested the order be cancelled and they provide a refund. Received a further email 18/4 saying that stock had arrived the order was fulfilled and had been shipped and they would provide tracking details, which never were provided. Received a parcel on the 24/4 with only 1 item and note saying the other item was on back order. This is not a company I would deal with or trust online.

Whenever I need something firearm accessory related in a timely fashion at a modest price I go to Xhunter. They have not failed me yet and I would happily suggest you trade with them.

Only gave one star because I can’t leave a minus 10. Ordered two items on 10/3 which were supposed to be in stock. No tracking or other communication until lodged complaint with PayPal. Miraculously get a tracking number within an hour. One item gets delivered today but other item is still showing ‘tracking not get available’. I assume this means it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Will never deal with this seller again and could never recommend them. Prices are certainly not cheap either. Zero communication to three emails.

Have been trying to return a item that was incorrectly listed as per their dispute process with no response at all. Have tried to phone, again with no response at all. Very dissatisfied

Do not use this company, I’ve shopped with them once and received dreadful customer service and my wife has also shopped with them, she bought my Christmas at the beginning on Dec and we still haven't received it 2 months later!

I think you are misunderstood, the order was placed under my wife’s name and if you had bothered to reply to her emails you would know what order I was talking about

The worst customer service. Waited six weeks for a clothing item, only for it to arrive in the wrong size. The response initially received from the customer service team was “we checked the order and it was the right size”. After resending a copy of the invoice which clearly states XL and a photo of the item which was labeled S, I am fighting with customer service to achieve an adequate resolution. Would not recommend - there seem to be a number of consistent problems with this business.

REPLY: it is not accurate to say that you are unable to help without an order number, given that I have contacted your customer service team with my order number, you still have not been able to assist. It is also extremely inappropriate that you would ask for this information on a public forum where others can easily view and use this information. The order is under the name T Wilson, you should be able to locate further contact details and email history with this. A formal complaint with Fair Trading will be lodged should you fail to get in touch with an adequate resolution.

Very pleasant to deal with, the reception girl and the sales staff were very friendly and helpful. Took the time out to answer my questions. The order was dispatched quickly

I don't recommend this company. They stock things that aren't in stock but says in stock on their website. They don't reply to emails. I've been waiting a month for my order. I should have read their recent reviews and ordered somewhere else. Terrible experience

Lily has been extremely helpful and spent the time in explaining the products. Their services is excellent and always there to help. I will definitely go back to xhunter.
