The syllabus is extremely well organised and structured.
The beginner intake teaches the fundamentals of Boxing and Kickboxing/Muay Thai thoroughly and lasts for 6 weeks
After graduating from there, the other classes are brilliantly run by very skilled coaches who all have years of fight experience.
People there are extremely friendly and the coaches are more than happy to stop and give you advice if you're willing to listen.
