Had great service after hunting for an amazing deal all day, Xc delivered on the spot the best rate I could find.

Honestly the lady at the booth was rude and frankly uptight and pretentious. Don't come here at all. Go to one of the other two, either Travel Money Oz or the travelex.

Got really good rate and prompt service. They were able to give the best rate for our travel with no fee.

Went to get a quote for japanese yen.the person working there quoted 14% less than what is quoted in their website.when asked, they started haggling and slowly increasing the exchage rate but still far below what even banks were converting at.please beware and ensure you know what the current exchange rate is or you might be scammed.

Was hard to find Euro but they had it there and the lady gave best service, easy pleasant transaction. Very happy.thank you

Had quite a lot of yen to exchange so it had to be ordered in which was fine. However I was told to come back Monday, they were then closed. So came back Tuesday and they said they didn't have it. Now have to go back again. Very frustrating to continue to go back and forth. Won't be using their service again.

Now I had a very funny reply that I was displeased that Monday was a public holiday. In fact I mentioned this when I was told Monday and was reassured that it would be open. And I had a printed receipt that told me to come back on Monday. So no. I was not displeased about the fact it was a holiday but thank you for the condescension.
I also was told on Tuesday at 3pm that the money was not there and to come back at 4pm. So technially yes, it was there on Tuesday. However as I could not wait around an hour after coming in already late in the day this was useless to me. If you are going to say money will be ready Tuesday I would suggest specifying that you mean right before closing time.

Jason is amzingly helpful and considerate. His advice was exceptional and will definitely will return to him for future travel money needs

FAKE REVIEWS! Do not trust them! Do not trust their reviews! They will tell you they have the currency but when it’s time to make the purchase or pick it up, they will make excuses! They were extremely rude to my girlfriend and then had the audacity to LIE in their response! Even worse, they then made multiple new “good” reviews to hide her complaint. Look carefully, most of their reviews are fake! STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

P. S Learn to apologise to your customers when you know you are at fault rather than covering up your mistakes with fake reviews!
