Scam. I tried to book this for myself, could never get through on their phone line, and then they said that they only have a male masseuse after about ten attempts to get through, which I didn’t feel comfortable with. Provided the massage to my mum instead, who has knee issues who took a lot of effort to get there. My mum didn’t mind male masseuse, she has turned up and waited over half an hour, only for no one to be there. Owner will probably write something in defense. Don’t bother wasting your time, complete scam.

My first appointment was yesterday and they said they running late for 1 hour, so they rescheduled my appointment fir today.
I was there just 2 minutes late and waited for 20 minutes and no one turned up, so they were closed, now I’m reading the reviews I’m sure they haven’t been there at all.
And the entrance is too dirty and a lady passing by said they’ve been closed for all week.

I have to tried to call her again since the salon is always closed (I have passed the salon several times), the message box is full so I can't leave her a message, I'm sure you will read this, so call me back.

I bought 2 vouchers from Groupon and have been unable to redeem them because she continues to cancel. This has happened 4 times with excuses like she has no staff, she doesn't have the correct ppe gear and the latest one is that she has no power. She won't answer her phone or return calls. Her texts are all over the place using the wrong name for myself and my son. I am currently awaiting a refund from Groupon and have provided them with a copy. If I could give this merchant no stars I would. It's very disappointing as I live locally and like to support local business but she has made this impossible. I've just read the other reviews. She must keep her legal team busy full time)

This place is a SCAM - do not book with them.

My girlfriend bought us two massages through Groupa. We called numerous times to book an appointment and no one ever answered the phone. I then received a call from the owner at an unprofessional hour of the night (Over 9pm) who booked us in and was adamant to redeem the voucher codes.

Last night when we showed up for our massage there was no one there at the property and no one picking up the phone. We read reviews online similar to this and were assured by the owner that they were 'not true' even though it is clear now they are.

I intend to contact the police - this business should not be operating.

We finally booked a couples massage (after 3 months of calling non stop, emailing, Facebook messaging, walking into the store etc.) they finally booked us in to use our voucher for a couples massages at the same time. On arrival we were made aware there was only one worker and we had to go one after the other. We demanded a refund as we’ve spent too much time trying to book the massage in the first place, we wouldn’t be going through that process again! They didn’t allow a refund and the staff member informed us 30+ other clients had demanded a refund/ had been “scammed” the last few weeks!
Do not be fooled! You will not get what you’re hoping for and they will most likely just steal your money!

We booked a massage with a Groupon voucher and had an appointment booked this morning. We rocked up for our appointment on time to find the salon closed. We spent the next 20 minutes waiting outside and ringing the number. We heard nothing back. The Groupon voucher we used says it has been redeemed. This is unacceptable and a complete waste of our time. We expect a full refund and explanation otherwise we will take this further.

NO SHOW
My husband and I had a couples massage and facial booked for Friday 26th April 2021 at 5.40pm for our wedding anniversary. The owner must have confirmed our booking at least 4-5times over the 2 weeks beforehand. When we arrived at the salon it was closed with no one in attendance and mail under the door. Police were also in attendance as the back doors were apparently left wide open. A young lady from a salon nearby said there was another young lady waiting earlier that day who was supposed to start working there but no one was there to meet her either. We tried calling many times but with no luck. I’m wondering whether something untoward has happened as we have not received any phone calls explaining what happened. We were so looking forward to our special evening planned, which was unfortunately ruined by this event. I would appreciate a message or a call back regarding this.

Walked in to the shop to try and schedule a massage, really didn't like the attitude or look of the owner though. I hadn't paid upfront because I'd heard many stories of people getting ripped off here but sure enough when it was time for my appointment, no one was in attendance at the shop.

Place was not clean service was just not good enough had to leave just wasn’t comfortable at all!

Just in a nic of time before the world went crazy.

Starting with the bussiness owner, Unprofessionalism and unfairness are the main features of this place.

l booked appointment with them for my mothers birthday! Even took day off because they had only middle of day spot free. Then they called me and said, they are closed because they going holidays! REALLY!? Now l have to look other places because birthday is in 2 days. And Sunday Monday is public holiday. So unprofessional!

Charlie did an amazing job! Such good communication throughout the massage, tailored to my needs. Facial was SO relaxing highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my massage here! The therapist was professional and communicated very well. She knew what she was doing and the massage was so relaxing. Well done.

Bad massage place, noone has massage certificates here. We had one lady that had a horrible attitude. Did not respond well to my gf after she hurt her back and it was meant to be a relaxation massage, now my gf is in pain. The place is not clean aswell and pillows and towels smell and are dirty. The rooms are dusty and need renovation also. This place needs to be closed down.

The salon is rather tired. The products used for the facial smelt awful and left my skin feeling claggy. I wouldn't recommend.

Been here a few times for a massage. Good massage and happy with that but don't leave feeling quite pampered.
