Wynstan - Blinds Doors Shutters Awnings

We had Dale install our third crimsafe door and was really happy with the service! The doors look great and we are really pleased with the addition to our home. We’re really happy with our large (5m x 3m) automatic awning installed this week by Dale and Paul from Wynstan Blinds. It works perfectly and will enable us to enjoy more of the warm days without having the sun directly on our faces. All Wynstan personnel from the moment of contact through to installation have been so polite and helpful - Rod gave us a great quote, Andrew and George re-checked the measurements and assured us that our home could structurally hold the weight (unlike another company) and they didn’t make a drama out of needing 3 men for the installation (unlike another company). Dale even returned the next day to make a slight adjustment to the angle of the awning. Amazing professional service from Wynstan! Thank you

There is nothing positive that can be said about Wynstan. Their workmanship is shoddy, their Sydney based customer service can’t return a call/email to save themselves and their installers are lazy and careless.

We’ve had nothing but problems with them including our doors being made wrong not once, but twice, each time with an additional 2-3 weeks to get them “fixed”.

We’ve had to be home for the installer FIVE times and now have doors with visible faults. To top it off the installer illegally dumped rubbish on our nature strip saying he would collect it later… it’s now been 8 days and counting.

Products look great and well made. Service was friendly but I felt the installation could have been more precise for an immaculate finish. It felt like there were alot of excuses as to why we had some gaps in our install of fly screens and doors. They came with marks on the frame when supposedly brand new. 3.8/5

If you care at all about customer service and quality products, avoid at all costs.
The highlight was the person who came to measure our security door. After that, service went down hill quickly. Door arrived to be fitted, and had several scratches and manufacturing faults. These where marked on the door and sent back to the factory.
4 weeks later, when it came back for installation, manufacturing faults had not been fixed at all.
Spoke with Steph at Wynstan head office who said she would come back to me in 24 hours. It has been a week and still haven't heard anything.
So here we are 14 weeks after ordering.still waiting.

Rod came out to help with flyscreens and a balcony awning. He was very pleasant, helpful and efficient and I was very impressed that he found a solution that would allow the awning to be installed after it initially looked like it could not happen. I would not hesitate to recommend Rod for your fly screen/awning needs. Sharon

Wynstan have delivered the goods yet again- I was thrilled with my roller blinds now I am extra thrilled with my plantation shutters so expertly installed by NICK- who arrived within the time frame, was expertly efficient, tidy, friendly, and helpful…. I will be going back to Wynstan in the new year for more orders! Very happy

From booking an appointment, to discussing my options and having my blinds and Crimsafe installed, I found each member of the team professional and helpful. I contacted Wynstan Elsternwick as a friend of mine used them before and was extremely happy with Glenn and the Wynstan team.
