Wynstan - Blinds, Crimsafe, Awnings, Shutters

Jason from Wynstan was on time and was courteous, professional and informative. He took the time to clean up after he had completed the job and went through the instructions and warranty of my security doors.

Came in on Saturday, it was apparently open, but the door was locked. A young girl opened the door, looking like I was bothering her. She clearly didnt want to be there let alone help! She should find a different job if quotes are beyond her. Poor thing should get a better life. I hope she does find something better.

Rod was tasked to complete a job on our property and we are extremely grateful to have landed him as an installer. His attention to detail was so precise that he was able to detect a manufacturing defect and chip to the front security door, prior to the commencing the installation. Although this hindered the completion of the job, we were most certainly appreciative of his honesty as this serves as an attribute to his great workmanship.

Rod attended our property on 3 separate occasions and encountered various issues on each visit. He was able to procure a grasp each set back the job had presented and finalised the job at an exceptionally high standard.

Rod is a Down to Earth individual and has the ability to hold a steady conversation. He is extremely polite and even took the time to provide us with much needed advice regarding a gardening ordeal we were facing.

My Husband and I were immediately attended to and extremely impressed with the knowledge and courtesy of the lady who served us. Nothing was too much trouble. Prices were very reasonable too

I do not recommend this company (Service and Product) to anyone.

I order three Flyscreens back in December 2020, after 4 months the flyscreens are still not installed due to a number of issues which are listed below and they refuse to give a refund.

Below are the reasons:

- Order was made on the 1st of December 2020;
- Initial installation scheduled for early January was delayed due to "Manufacturing delays";
- A second appointment was made for late January, then two of the three flatscreens could not be installed came with the wrong dimensions due to wrong measurements done, and had to be re-manufactured;
- The flyscrens that was installed have the mesh dented, it was also installed wrong since one mesh looks different from the other (image attached).
- Mid February appointment was cancelled due to weather conditions.
- Another appointment was schedule for early march but this one could not be complete because my son was born two days prior the booking time and I had to care for my wife and child in the hospital.
- The final installation was scheduled to the 29th of March.
- On the day all the doors came damaged with dented meshes.
- One door came with a mid frame, but I requested the door to came without it since middle fames are not allowed by my body corporate, the person to did the measurements told me that It could be done without it but the installer later told me that this could not be done.

In general I'm really disappointed with the service, communication and poor quality of the product, and due to all delays and issues I would like to have a refund. On the 6th of April 21 they returned my claim and told that a refund is not an option. I'm now taking the case to the Consumer Affairs Victoria.

Worst service ever. Iwill not be using Wynston company again. They came 3 times to my house and Ihad to take off three days for them to come over and try to install my fly screens. I lost money from work and time. Every time they arrived there messurements were wrong and I had to keep on calling and chassing them for weeks upon weeks.for example the installation date was in december 2019 and its not late Feb 2020 and still no good.pleasse dont use these guys.

Crimsafe screens installed by these guys work well but they are so bad at installing them. They had 4 screens to install and two were completely sized wrong so they came back again (weeks later) and forced in the last two. Even across two fittings and two installations the final product looks like a hole punch has been used to install it. Very messy. EDIT: the quote # 31013537

The whole process from getting a quote to installation was done with ease and convenience. Con, our installer, was on time and attentive. All done within a quick timeframe. Great product with exceptional service.

Had a great experience with Peter and Stephen from Wynstan. They were both friendly and professional and to our surprise, the delivery arrived early and Stephen was straight on the phone with us to book the installation.
