Mansoor was very efficient. He contacted myself a week prior to let me know he was coming and completed the installation in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Got our screen door installed today by Mansoor. Quick install and showed us a demonstration after. The door feels very secure.

Absolutely useless. Four attempts at installing flyscreens and they still can't get it right. After having to take four days off work I have now cancelled and they will not return my deposit. Do not use these guys.

The installer Daryl from the sunshine store was great installing my plantation shutters. His workmanship was perfect, he cleaned up after himself and took time and care while installing. Waiting 14 week rather then the 9 weeks I was told for installation was a long wait!

Professional customer service, delivery installation and quality products. Staff are always friendly. Have had crimsafe doors installed, indoor plantation shutters and soon external plantation shutters on our portico followed by outdoor blinds.

Great product and the installation team is awesome. However, the customer service is terrible. Got a quote for 2 services. Paid the deposit and decided to cancel one of the services. I was communicating via email. Got a call from the person who came to my house and sold the products saying that the customer service would call me to refund one of the products. Never got that call. Got my curtains installed and was charged the reminder even though I thought I had a credit as I cancelled one of the items. I called customer service and was informed that they don’t offer a refund (even though they haven’t even took the final measures or start the manufacture process). They mentioned it was in the quote I signed. However, the sales person should have let us know about that as we thought we were only signing an express of interest and we could change our minds before final measurement. There seems to be 3 different teams. Service team (rude and not willing to help), sales team or showroom (friendly but not sure about their policies) and installers (great and friendly). Won’t be taking any future jobs with them even though I contracted them twice.

Loving our new plantation shutters. Wynstan hoppers crossing sale rep was great when it came to quoting, colour choice and explaining the product. Our plantation shutters came on time and Daryl the installer was so helpul and answered questions from first visit to measure for manufactoring to a seamless installation. Daryl gave great tips on how to care for them and his measuring was spot on as they fitted perfect. From first phone call to installation Wynstan has delivered and our windows are looking great.

Ian installed a Crimsafe security door, also removing the old door. Ian was a pleasure to deal with and did a very professional job. Ian also went above and beyond to fix the doorbell that hadn't worked for a long time. Thanks Ian for a fantastic job.

Ordered roller blinds and sheers well before Christmas (during lockdown). Arrived to be fitted but our build was not ready. Kindly kept at warehouse until able to be fitted. This is where it all goes pear shaped. Guy came to fit our order. One blind didn’t fit and all sheers for the bedrooms too wide and too long. Obviously not measured correctly. Taken away told it would be 2 weeks. Now 8 weeks later still no coverings. Rang on several occasion with no help. Did hear from them finally and told still not ready and don’t know when they would be. Asked to have store manager contact us to discuss (still waiting) 2 weeks later. Would definitely not recommend this company and have actually sent prospective clients to seek other companies for a quote. No communication. And no care taken to fix this situation. Never again.
