Wynstan - Blinds, Crimsafe, Awnings, Shutters

We were extremely pleased with the workmanship and service provided by the whole team at Wynstan Heidelberg. The installer George was very professional and insured everything was completed to a very standard and that we were happy with the finished product. We highly recommend Wynstan Heidelberg for all window furnishing products.

We had Bruce come out to quote on a Saturday (convenient for working couple) and we couldn't be happier- Bruce was very thorough, polite and full of personality and provided us with such a good price that we didn't even bother to get another quote - so far so good. Hopefully the install goes as well as the quote! Thank You Bruce

New roller blinds for our living area. Very polite staff. A salesman who wasn't "pushy". An excellent product.

We had a security door installed yesterday. Dale arrived on time and was fantastic. We required an additional part for the door lock and he has ordered it. Installation resulted in a few scratches on our balcony ceiling. Dale kindly offered to come back and repaint it when the part arrives. Honestly, when does that ever happen? Thank you Dale and Wynstan for your amazing service!

Very happy with my blinds. The installers today George and Michael were amazing. They Washed their hands before touching the blinds to install and they cleaned up after themselves You won’t be disappointed

We’ve just had our roller blinds and curtains installed by Wynstan and I’m in love! A big thank you to Bruce from Heidelberg for the quote and measure and helping us to choose the right colour and fabric, and to George and Senad for the installation. Great service, quick turnaround (4 weeks) and beautiful product, very happy!

Walked into this store, no acknowledgement of my entry at all.
Asked to see the sample aluminium Venetian’s, but oh guess what no samples available, apparently they only have one lot of samples. Which the sales rep, had taken. The sales consultant was of no help at all, never got of her backside to assist with anything.
I would definitely not recommend this store, wasted my time and effort to attend. Your loss as I had a large order I was seeking to fill.
Do yourself a favour don’t waste your time at this store.

I would recommend that if you are considering Wynstan - DON’T.
The most unprofessional business I have ever encountered.
After a 8 week wait they supplied a sub standard product that was fitted then refitted 4 times and was ultimately (another 8 weeks later) fitted while damaged. It was since removed & returned pending a replacement alternative.
Their resolution process was completely inept. No communication, rude and unsatisfactory. In the end I have not been supplied with anything and I am $2000 out of pocket.
BE WARNED - DO NOT BUY FROM WYNSTAN.

After your concerned message that a manager will be in touch I have received zero correspondence. No surprise. Zero integrity. You have my money but I don’t have what you promised. Next step for me is Consumer Affairs.

We had Daniel install a retractable insect screen on our 2.7 m high door on Monday. The results were very pleasing and we can at last get some fresh air flowing through the house from that doorway. The screen is not obvious at all when extended or retracted and it's exactly what we were after. Wynstan's price was very good also.

Dino was brilliant - he was on time, worked very professionally, resolved any issue with the installation and was easy to deal with.

Very happy with door screens with expert installation. Our installer, Dino, ensured a high level of attention to detail, amending to our particular installation needs. On time appointments and a clean workspace after too. Would highly recommend.

Order no. 33014256. We ordered blinds in January for our daughter's nursery, it's now April and we are still waiting. We've sent countless emails to customer service which have been ignored, phone calls have not been returned and every time we do eventually speak to someone we get told they'll follow up and call us back, and they never do. This is possibly the worst experience we've ever had with a retailer, and I would never recommend Wynstan to anyone.

I ordered 2 fly screens for sliding door on Feb.

After 1 month, Installer had came but said it’s wrong size and after 2 weeks, came again but said exactly same “ size is wrong”
Since then I have’t heard anything, no apologies, no any update news.
I called to Wynstan Heidelberg but they keep saying “ I don’t know nothing about what’s happening and need to check with customer office in Sydney”
They have no idea where my order is and when it will be installed.
I can’t believe how they can run this business.
Please be careful with this company.

I was very happy with the service from Stephanie in the office to Bruce who came out and took the measurements and Dino who did an excellent job with the install. He was very professional and caring with the install. I’m a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend Wynstan Heidelberg - great job team

Dino was polite, competent and organised. He gave me courtesy called prior to his planned arrival, arrived on time and completed the installation to specification (whilst handling some supplier issues). Strongly recommend.

Dino installed our new screen door, he was fantastic, very friendly and professional, was very helpful and took away the old one, would 100% recommend.

Deano and Martin did an amazing job on the weekend. So friendly and professional! Super happy with my crimsafe screen door and window grille. I now have really high quality protection from intruders and pesky bugs, plus better ventilation.
