Had a great experience at Wynn Nails & Beauty—lovely staff and a pedicure that I absolutely loved. While the prices seemed a tad on the expensive side, it's been a while since my last pedicure, so I assume it's standard. The results left me happy, and I'd definitely recommend their services.

I couldn't be happier! Have been attending Wynn Nail & Beauty, for nails, for over 3 years and am never disappointed. Melissa and her staff are always lovely and extremely dedicated to doing a good job. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Today i walked in just wanting natural acrylics tips because i’m not meant to have them for work. I told my technician Lyn this and she answered my prayers! I’m so, so happy with what she’s done and her customer service was great. She constantly asked if i liked what she was doing and made suggestions to make them look more natural. Lyn is amazing! Anytime i want my nails done i go to wynn nails and beauty! Highly recommended by me xx

I gave this nail salon numerous chances, as I believe one bad experience doesn’t define the overall business. But sadly, the situation never improved.

The entire experience here is rushed and sloppy. I can't tell you how much time was wasted here—the last time I went, it took over an hour and a half just to get my nails done. When it is finally your turn, they work so fast to keep up with the number of people they are supposed to serve that the end result is poor. On at least three occasions, I experienced bleeding cuticles.

I thought booking ahead of time was an option, but I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for someone to begin working on my nails; even more disappointing was watching the staff take booking calls and never write them down (this happens twice while working on my nails at the same time). This shows that they don't value their customers' time.

Lovely local business with beautiful staff, obliging and customer focussed. Quick with great results. SNS lasts for ages. Never disappoints!

The quality of manicure and pedicure is quite good if it’s done by a young lady with short and one long haircut (don’t know their names). However, most of the time I will need to wait for a very long time even though I made a booking. This is disappointing! Today it took me one and a half hour to get my manicure done (sns). Last time I waited for even longer time. I left the salon with a headache today, won’t go there anymore. Today the quality is pretty bad, had blood on my cuticles in three places one of them being very large. After finishing, i even asked them to even one of my nail as it was pretty uneven. Just saw second nail is also quite uneven. Very disappointed! Their prices are reasonable though!

Love the staff and the consistency! I have never had a broken mail! I get my eyelash extensions done here too! Perfect!

I am sad to report that Wynn Nails and Spa has gone downhill.
It used to be friendly and polite but my experience today was one of the worst cases of customer service that I have ever experienced.
All I wanted was a basic maniciure and some nail polish (not SNS or Shellac or acrylic nails). Just plain old nail polish and I even brought in my own bottle as I love the colour
Halfway through the job, the Boss Lady asked for payment. A bit unconventional, but I paid. Then suddenly, Boss Lady, who was doing my nails, realised that she had forgotten to pick her kids up from school (!) So up she leapt and abandoned myself and a shellac customer!
One of her staff picked up where she left off with the shellac customer but here I was with one coat done and the second coat and top coat left hanging. I thought surely the school must be very closeby?
15 minutes later I had to get back to work so I told the remaining staff that I would come back in 2 days' time which is when I would be working in the area again. They were shocked that my job hadn't been completed.
I left but on my way to my car I bumped into the Boss Lady and I explained that I was due back at work but I would return in 2 days' time to get the nails finished. "No no no! Come back now I will get it done" she shrieked and "If you come back again I will have to start all over" and it was like I was being unfair to her, instead of her apologising for her bizarre AWOL.
I thought to myself I am never going to get these nails finished or it will be a shocking job in 2 days' time. So i went back into the salon and I proceeded to get a slapped on second coat of nail polish with no top coat. The service was rude and rushed and had that sense of "I told you so! " I asked "you realise I have to drive back? " and she just shooed me and said "will be fine, will be fine! "
There was nail polish damage in the car and I have since stripped my 2 thumbnails of polish and have reapplied 3 coats myself which is drying as I type.
Badly done Wynn Nails and Spa. I cannot recommend you to anyone and the 1 star is for my eyebrows that were waxed sufficiently although the usual tidy up pluck wasn't done as the staff were short of time and had been overbooked and were rushing to the next job.
Finally, Wynn- don't assume that your English speaking Asian clientele do not understand Vietnamese How disappointing.

The ladies do a great job, very happy with the quality. Only complain is that I had to wait for 30 min even when I made a booking over the phone, but they were super apologetic and among 2 of them had me ready on time

I have been to this nails salon quite a few times when I visited my mom in Melbourne. The staff are so experienced, friendly, and their spa pedicure is absolutely great. Highly recommended!

They have put so much effort into inproving there decor! The place look flash now. Getting even better Wynn!

I went there with my two friends who got there sns done there but I got my mine done at another place they were very rude to me asking personal questions and also judging my nails what they did is my two friends got there nails soaked and they cut my shorter (also cutting my real nail) and got a painting tool and just pulled my nails off it hurt so much and I asked why are my nails not being soaked but there was no reply I was very disappointed was it because my nails done somewhere else? They were very rude I still can not get my nails to how they were before they ripped my some layers of my nails off I was very disappointed and my friends were so shocked my nails still had glue on them they had no care with my nails I was very hurt I do not recommend going there they are rude and careless I would give them a zero star NEVER going back I’m so shocked.

My friends and I got our nails done recently and they did a very good job. My friend had naturally long nails and asked for SNS Tips like what we all were going to get, the worker proceeds to say that she doesn't need tips cause of her natural nail but my friend says she would like tips. Instead of agreeing with her clients wants she says that if she wants her SNS Tips she would have to get her mum on the phone to say it was ok when we had pre organised with our parents permission. We also had to wait 30 minutes when we had already booked an appointment and had a lady come in without an appointment and get done before us. Overall they did a good job but need better communication, more respect for younger teenagers and to work with what the client wants.

One of the staff members was rude, patronising and downright racist. The acrylic nail job she did was horrendous and the nails were all different sizes. She also kept answering her personal phone thoughout the treatment. Very unprofessional. I won't be coming back here ever again. Very disappointing.

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon- I was rushed through and my shellac manicure peeled within 2 days (where I would otherwise expect shellac to last me 2 weeks). I definitely won't return.

I have been a regular SNS user and it was the first time going to Wynn Spa, I will never go again due to my nail being badly damaged from a negligent nail technician. When I was there another woman was also unhappy with their nails.

Amazing attention to detail! I walked out with stunning nails after paying a very reasonable price.

I absolutely love these gorgeous young girls! I get my lashes done Every 4 weeks without fail. Very reasonably priced. And the mani-pedis are amazing too!
