63 Every time I come here it gets worse and worse, always changing doctors so it prevents patients trusting their gp, it has gotten to the point i cant even understand them as they dont speak fluent english, ridiculous wait times, up to a week even with an appointment, how does someone even make an appointment for a week plus? Must be nice to know when you will get sick, such a joke
Wouldn't recommend at all, this place need to shut down and let a real medical company take over so things can get done and people can be looked after properly, people's health is not a joke and should be taken seriously
I had to take my son here as our regular GP is closed on saturdays. The reception staff are very rude. Me and my husband felt like never come back to this clinic again. Dr was friendly and polite. But I think the lady’s in reception should definitely learn how to interact politely and provide a welcoming approach to patients into the clinic.
Doctor and receptionist very rude.
I called at 1pm to make a phone appointment, as I was ill and was not able to come into work and required medical certificate. Receptionist advised to call back after 6pm because they cannot make appointment until that time. At 6pm I called 4 times and was on hold for 5 minutes each with no answer. I tried to call back again next day, receptionist advised again call back at 6pm. I called back at 6pm, finally someone answered and booked me in for 9: 40pm appointment. Doctor advised he cannot give me medical certificate because i did not have the appointment on the day I require the certificate even though I had been trying and trying to book the appointment with no luck on that day. Very unprofessional and rude. Did not even give me advise on how to recover from my sickness either
I cannot speak for the clinic personally but I can say without a doubt that Dr Yeganeh was a kind, caring and understanding professional who went above and beyond.
This place is unbelievable. 2 decent doctors in the entire clinic, the rest don't give a stuff about anything. My partner has been through an absolute ordeal with these "doctors" having to fight tooth and nail to get tests done for a condition. We were then told to "call the day before to check to see if the nurse is in, you don't need an appointment" so they can do the test. I call the day before, "yes yes there will be a nurse blah blah blah". So my partner comes out on her own and no, there is no nurse, nobody that can perform a simple oral bacteria test. Will not be returning again. This is not the first time things EXACTLY like this has happened, but it will be the last.
I would not even give one star If possible.
Every time I visit 35,45 to 50 min over the time of an appointment. Don't know why even thay bother to give an appointment. When you ask the receptionist they rude make you feel like they don't care. Suggest people go somewhere they do care for you and your time.
Nothing much to say if you have faced or facing same issue post openly so this people understand

Wait times are ridiculous, it’s about a 40 minute plus wait (even if you’re on time or early). When you explain your issues to the doctors they just brush them off, so you leave feeling unheard and suffering. Doctors are also rude and have an attitude. HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THE DOCTORS HERE.
Great doctors and great service. Other medical centres should learn from this one. It's bulk billing too
Sadly, the receptionists here have no customer service skills at all!

I have been to this clinic many times and I’ve always had issues.
To make a ‘late/ after hours’ appointment you need to call back at 6pm for new appointment times to be released. Upon calling the medical centre the number hangs up on you because they ‘ cannot take your call at the moment’. The waiting time is ridiculous even though you have made an appointment, I understand that other patients may have been seen before me but maybe the doctors need to be responsible for their times and acknowledge the 10 minute appointment rule.
I love communicating with practice manager Katrina and Tracy and all the amazing reception at Wyndham Village Medical Centre. It is always a pleasure walking into this clinic seeing their amazing smiles and welcoming caring nature. Best clinic in town.
I’m writing to say a big thank you to Sandy one of the amazing nurses at this clinic. Last year I got bitten by a Rottweiler locally to me. I was walking and thought this dog was on a leash it leapt and bit my hand and wrist. I had blood dripping while me and my son ran home. My local clinic was shut as it was after 5.30pm. So I drove down to this clinic. When I got there they were open after hours. But receptionist said nurses had just finished. Sandy must have overheard and stayed back to clean my wound and gave me a tetanus shot. I’m so grateful at the care I received from her. She could have just went home. Kindness and care is rare to find these days. What a beautiful person.

Overall I was well taken care of this evening, from the receptionist thru to the doctor and nurse on duty. Thank you doc for explaining everything throughly thank you to the nurse for ensuring I felt abit better than when I first arrived after I had treatment and to the lovely receptionist thanks for being polite and friendly. What a great team you have
I had an amazing experience yesterday with the staff of this place. Despite the fact that I was given the wrong address by members of my mom's insurance, Katrina (the manager of this place) was absolutely kind and patient, and guided me to get there. They were so gentle, welcoming, and professionals. I recommend this place highly.
They ask us to call at 6pm for a doctor and hang up saying lines are busy when called after 6pm

Very rude receptionist. Called to ask some simple questions about my records. Her tone implied that I was wasting her time and she was very condecending for no reason.
This rating is aimed at Dr Ainul Hassan only. If given the chance I would give 0 stars. The fact that I came in today for a care plan to be asked “what’s wrong with you” is a disgrace in itself but then to be dismissed after checking if I was suicidal was just worse. Absolutely disgusting that I’ve gone out my way to seek some guidance and I’ve been turned away from a doctor. You have no compassion, why are you even a doctor? Was in the room for all of 2 minutes to be questioned and not helped. Thank you for wasting my morning and making me feel so confronted…

The Receptionist are always so lovely n welcoming, willing to take their time to help. Leanne always greeting me with a beautiful smile n always interacting with me & my kids, making us feel so welcomed

I travel all the way from Caroline Spring, as it's worth the drive & Wouldn't take my family anywhere else
I had an amazing experience last night. My son had a finger injury last night (Saturday evening). The professional receptionist booked us in immediately and we were served by the most compassionate doctor and nurse. They mended by son’s finger and the bleeding stopped immediately. I’m incredibly grateful for their wonderful service. 10/10. Thank you!
I believe either the receptionist are under paid or they hired some very undertrained people. Utterly unprofessional, uneducated, no empathy, no customer service. Management you are wasting money, hire some good people.you will get better reviews and business.
