Great staff, very welcoming.
They assured me that my dog was safe and even made sure there was no other dogs present amongst arrival as my dog isn't too keen on socializing. Very happy with wyndham veterinarin clinic.

They never call back when they say they will, didn't send ct scan results to specialist in Geelong like they were suppose to. Very disappointing care. Will not return. Been waiting 3.5 weeks with several calls between with no return call back. If you care for your pets health go elsewhere.return with my pet

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the Vet was great. Affordable prices. A bit of a wait to get in so plan ahead.

My dog and I love the people here and the care we receive. The waiting room is very small, so please have a hold on your pets - We often check in and wait outside.

Dr Oliver is the guinea pig whisperer! I have brought multiple guinea pigs to see him, ranging from an inflamed eye to a broken leg and most recently with baby guinea pigs for a check up. I will never take my guinea pigs to anyone else unless recommended by him.

Clinic was very proactive and saw my cat Jet straightaway that had a possible obstruction in the throat. All staff were professional, caring and efficient from the beginning to the end. Thank you so much. We will be returning.

Dr Deepti was extremely unhelpful when I brought my dog into the clinic for seizures. All she did was prescribe medication and did not seem to know what she was doing. She assured me that my dog’s bloodwork was fine and within normal ranges. I was not made aware that my dog's glucose levels were low. I later found this information when I took her to another clinic. Further to this review, (I never post any reviews FYI), they took almost a week to send my dog's bloodwork report to me. I had to call three times to finally obtain it (had to talk to the senior vet nurse because it felt getting delayed) even though the Dr said that she will send it to me within the next 2 days along with a mri referral which I never received in the end.

EXCELLENT SERVICE SPECIALLY DR. Oliver he is amazing with bunnies. Am so glad i have my pets here for checkups.

Was disappointed it was all about the money I feel, my dog had a muzzle on and the two nurses wouldn't even pat my dog, when she saw the vet 2 days later she was good as gold. Dogs sense fear, just like humans. The cheapest option worked. Thanks.

I was recommended by my local vet to call this veterinary clinic for my dog Marty to have his hip replacement after a car accident and I’m so thankful that they did. Right from the first phone call the staff were kind and understanding and went above and beyond to care for Marty and to also ease my concerns. Every single one of the staff members I dealt with were so wonderful and if it weren’t for location I’d be seeing these guys as my regular vet. Thank you all

I had to have my dog put to sleep 5 weeks ago and it was a terrible experience. A few days earlier I had spent $1200 on getting her teeth removed as she had dental problems. She never recovered. As an old dog she should have been cared for better. She was brought out to me still groggy and clearly in pain. They wouldn't keep her overnight and said that I would need to take her to the emergency vet if I wanted her cared for. She didn't eat for the next three days and then collapsed. When I took her back the decision was made, after more money spent on blood tests, to put her to sleep. I was placed in a room and could not be reunited with her until I had paid for the euthanasia. This was extremely heartless. Sticking a card machine under a grieving person's nose is very hard. My previous vet always waited a week before sending the bill. This practice is clearly about money only.

I am always blown away by the service provided by Dr Oliver. He is very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Best Guinea Pig vet I have been to.

Quite the social meeting place for all the animals, friendly staff and professional and caring vets. Can be really busy, so might pay to check for quiet times.

Have taken gypsy there whenever needed care for how ever long, they let you know every step of a procedure I'm pleased with them and there support wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.thankyou to all the staff and vet nurses

Visited Wyndham Vet recently and dealt with Dr. Emily, she was so helpful and caring. Very thorough and made sure I understood everything properly. Wyndham Vet makes me feel Lulu is in safe hands and I will be recommending others to go.
