Love the staff here, most i have known since a child they have been apart of the community forever. Always happy and friendly. Fair prices, always cool, fresh and clean. Love this for our local shop.

$26 for a 6 pack of VB and $66 for a slab. Worst place to buy liquor, will never shop here again

Recommendation: Try their coffee.they brew a great coffee.
Nice little supermarket with all essentials and more available. Great hours and open on almost all days throughout year. It saves you when everything around is closed on some public holidays. Closes a bit late, so you can still go get what you need when all other stores around are closed. They've done a great job managing to keep veggies as well in such a small space.
Staff is very friendly and very practical. I mean not pretending to be friendly and instead being actually nice and friendly to the customer.
It's my go to place usually.

It's hard to have a relationship with a local shop anymore. The idea of a "local brick and morter" seems quaint.
But the personal relationship my household has developed with this shop means we do not simply shop here. We are patrons of this establishment. More then once I've gone down to pick up my brothers smokes to forget his brand. But the matriarch of the location will know who they are for and amend my order.

Friendly staff, don't always have stock on a few things but usually have stock by the next day or week at the latest.

Always seems to have what the larger supermarkets don't. If you can't find it elsewhere then try IGA.

Not happy with staff and service
They dealt with us the Wrong way
First she who serving us agrees that she will change this time then disagree.

Chicken was not good and makes bad smell. So I can’t eat and give to my family but she was saying she can’t smell anything and can’t change. So we left chicken with her and bought again.

Customer service is awe full. We bought chicken and it had bad smell when we checked home. We came back and asking for exchange. But the girls are with attitude and don’t want to listen us. They said it’s not having bad smell. If you felt wrong in chicken we bought it back otherwise we don’t want to and asking for refund.
They charged us for the another two more packet of chicken, and said come back tomorrow for refund of that chicken.we never asked for refund.
Customer service is big zero. I don’t recommend anyone to go there.
I am sorry I am in The same profession and I deal lots of customer everyday we never argue with the customer that bad.

Charged twice for the same item on multiple occasions, out dated. Terrible service. Drive down the road to the supermarket it’s worth the trip.

Very fast and friendly customer service, line at the checkout is usually very short. It is a small store but well setup just like other IGA store. I have always found what I was looking for eventough I wasn't sure if IGA will have the stock. It's always cold in the store so be prepared for it especially in winter

Had the best shopping experience here, a lovely girl, Dani, helped tremendously with my shopping, along with two others, very helpful, a beautiful erxperience all round

Friendly staff. Compact little place to find most items you might need. We really liked the Rare Penny wine we bought on special.

Very busy good Friday as nothing else was open. Staff were obviously run off their feet and done with the small talk. Some people were wasting their time and it was well handled with a shop full of people.

The lady own was very rude I was trying to get money out of the ATM $70 the ATM couldn't give it to me I asked the owner about the ATM she said it's probably out of $20 notes I said can you please let me get money out she said I have to buy something for $5 or more I said I only have $74 in the bank and I need $70 she said oh well can't help you I was discussed with her. Tell me how you can go to the bakery shop any buy something for a few dollars and they let you use your card. I will never set foot in IGA again and I only live a few streets away.

I've been going here for over 5 years. The only shop open on Christmas day and days that other shops are closed. The owner has always been open. There are some really great specials weekly and the staff get to know you by name and always up for a chat. I love going here, it's my local xxx

Fast and friendly customer service. Small store but well setup, they have got bits and pieces of almost everything.

Staff are always friendly, and willing to help. Iga has some great sales each week and is great to do your top up shop.
