I highly recommend this chemist, because the pharmacists Joe, Nancy, Linda, & Ollie and the rest of the wonderful day/night staff Shari, Anne-Marie, Mercedes, Kim etc” and I apologise in advance if I’ve forgotten to mention anyone else, I have been attending this chemist with my family for over 7+years and in that time they have taken care of myself and my family’s medication needs etc” they also have a great delivery service and they also have the convenience of a medical centre attached next door.
I would also like to say Goodbye to Sara the pharmacist who has recently left the chemist, I wish you all the best with your new job.

They have help with my mental health big time, where I don't have to stress if I'll have the cash for my medical. But because they expect centre pay it has made my stress levels be so not stressed

Very nice friendly staff and inform You about everything in details. I like getting vaccinations here.

The Pharmacist are really lovely, very helpful and friendly. Also patient too.
The Assistance are very nice, friendly and helpfultoo. I have been going to Wyndham Discount Chemist for many years and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was at Wyndham Discount Chemist in Werribee, we arrived at 8: 15 pm. I’m 76 yrs old with diabetes the Asian young guy took my prescribes then not knowledge me anything for 20 mins when I asked him how long it take he ignore my question and he was struggling to find something on Computer the Asian lady was ignore me too I asked her to help this young Asian guy but she did not help him.finally after 30 mins wait the Asian lady start help this young guy sound like he’s in training when I asked the Asian lady why it took so long why didn’t you help him early… she said I don’t care don’t come back here very rude and attitudes
At end she said this pharmacy not excepting the Australian government concession card, I have to pay full price anyways I left and I’ll never go there again and I got very sick my diabetes gone high

It's not a big store though, not sure about the competitiveness of pricing, however there is a new Westgate Pharmacy nearby that only opened not long time ago, and just across the road at Pacific Werribee there are at least 2 other pharmacies, so I suppose the pricing should be competitive.

Can be a good chemist at times, mostly when there isn't any customers.
One of the main problems (one of many) not only i have a problem with but I've heard other customers saying the same thing when it happens to them.

When you're there for something other than a script and you have to wait for someone to serve you, you will be forgotten about and people who put their scripts in after you've been there 5-10 mins, will get served before you.
You become less of a priority over customers with scripts.
I have waited 20 mins once before, customers who walk in after you, leave within 5.

I'm sorry but we never had this problem while Kevin was the owner.

This last time i will enter this pharmacy
I came to your pharmacy to buy a medicen for my mother and they took the Prescription after two days i came to take the same medicen and i ask for the prescription she told you don't need it i ask her again and i told her its for TAC they asked me for it to pay for me she said you don't need it and i don't have it any more so ask for the old recive she said this the only recive you can get (for the today) and she is keep saying do understand
She was so rude i ask her relax and calm down she said im cool this is my way ok

So please tell your employe to respect the customer or you will loos your reputation if you care

The rude girl she is asian i dont know her name but she is litle bronze color skin

Today was without fail the rudest and most embarrassing visit I have ever had to a chemist. Absolutely no consideration for the customer / patients confidentiality or mental state following surgery. The Pharmacist was reasonable and helpful given an error made by my doctor however i would suggest pure arrogance and self important attitude of the older customer service lady needs here needs a serious look at. Jumping to certain conclusions and passing judgement on me as some sort of drug addict due to my doctor incorrectly prescribing something. Absolutley gabsmacked and appalled to have to deal with such a drop kick "sales clerk" whom seems to think they have a medical degree. I intend to make a formal complaint regarding this experience. I will literally never visit here again regardless of it's convenience. Disgusted!

They always have what I'm looking for.
Staff members are all very welcoming, nice and helpful.
If you need consultations that doctors too are good.
Will not go anywhere else.
