46Bowling and mini putt courses are too dark - Can’t even see the markers on the bowling lanes and the holes in the back corner of the mini putt are impossible to see
Needs a update to the bowling facilities to be honest.food was great, staff very young and still learning.
Great Venue for a day or night to get out and socialise with friends or Family.
The facility is modern clean and staff are helpful friendly and there’s plenty to do.
Love the venue yummy food but please re upholster the couches they look shabby. The hospitality is great and friendly and the staff are helpful. Food prices are a bit costly

Paid nearly $400 for a party it was meant to be at 12 found out a day before they wouldn't let me put up party snacks or my own party decorations got there 11.40 to set up my own table no table ready waited until 12.30 to have a space by that time I have 12 kids and parents then no communication rushed through every activity. Would never go again
Best place to come for a night out with friends or family. Food is delicious especially the chicken and chips. Lots of arcade games where there is something for everyone. Easy to win prizes. Great place to come on a rainy day. Had lots of fun here. Would recommend.

Had a good time bowling but giving 2 stars for the service at the main front counter, had a group of kids push in and told the girl that someone before was next because they were ignoring her and then a guy jumped que and she went to serve him as well so I let her know and decided not to get a card and spend money with my kids in the arcade, taking my money to jump and climb next.
I was in the other day to bowl on 19/8/22, and when I went to order something from the cafe, I was helped by a very pleasant woman. She was quick and had my order ready before I even got to my table. She was fast and efficient, but most of all, she was very nice and cordial to me. She made my night with her work ethic and personable behaviour. I made sure to remember her name, which was Melinda. She is a valuable asset to your team and should get a raise.

What a weekend. Thanks to all staff and organisers of this weekends vic senior cup. Was my first time attending an event like this and most definitely came away from it wanting to do it all again. Great atmosphere, friendly faces and high standard of service overall. Will definitely drop in when that way again. #5stars

The team at Wyncity in Morwell are unreal! We have had a a few work Social club functions there now and they are always super helpful and accommodation! Everyone has a great night!
Outside of the building could use a paint job, but the inside makes up for it!
Pricing isn't too bad but would be great if they had an option for multiple family members!
Staff were friendly, the facilities were clean and everyone enjoyed themselves.
Had my daughter birthday party here and they are just unorganised didn't get what we paid for that's for sure
Great place to go for a bit of fun, it has it all. Mini golf, laser tag, plenty of arcade games oh and bowling. The food was great best nugz and chips ive had in awhile. Defs a 10/10

Major karen alert!
Older lady running the counter was very rude refusing multiple requests to put the gates up on our lane, yelling "you're over 10! You'll hit them and they are getting ruined! ". What are the gates for then?
