Wycheproof Cafe & Kebabs

We were really impressed by the amazing food and incredibly friendly service here. We had Cambodian fried rice, made fresh to order, which was great, but everything else looked delicious too.

Stopped had HSP Very nice but needed more sauce tried two different Baklava very nice looked home made delicious

I have been following this family business since their Fitzroy restaurant.
Hawthorn now Wycheproof.
That says everything about the quality and taste of their food.
They are the best in the business.
Adam and his team are awesome.
Grandma makes delicious home-made Turkish deserts.
She also gives me whatever she's cooked for dinner (Turkish cuisine)

For a kebab house in the middle of nowhere it is good. Lovely place to cop a hsp otw to Mildura.

Best kebabs outside of Melbourne and the pistacho baklava is the best I have ever eaten, truly delicious. A bit more expensive than the city but I get 2 meals out of my kebab. Proper Turkish bread and tons of meat. High quality chilli sauce too. I go here every time we drive through Wycheproof. Highly recommend

Discovered this place by accident. Don't judge a book by its cover. Inside is spotless and we'll presented. Staff were really friendly. The chips were hot and crispy and the kebabs and hsp were amazing. You can top off your dinner with some amazing homemade baklava. This is a great spot for lunch or dinner.

Surprisingly a really good feed. The outside looks a little outdated however it looks like renos have begun inside. Burger was cooked on the spot with fresh veg. Would recommend

We live in Melbourne and stopped at this gem on the way home from a business trip.

We ordered burgers with the lot (and a small chips because the serves are so generous) and we were thrilled with the quality, size and yumminess of the burgers.

We are fans of the renowned Danny’s Burgers in North Fitzroy and these burgers were just as fabulous!

For the sweet tooth this establishment also stocks home made authentic Turkish sweets to rival anything on Sydney Road.

Please support this small country town and this delightful business with the friendliest staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will certainly visit again next time we are in the region.

Highlight of my trips to Wycheproof every Friday. Burger with the lot with their burger sauce is *chefskiss*? Staff are super friendly and always a pleasure to talk to.

What a gem of a stop! Delicious baklavas of various flavours and Mamas hand rolled homemade strawberry baklava was moreish. Homemade Turkish delight on offer also.
Toasted sandwiches were generous in ham and tasty. Wished I had tried the kebabs.next time. Topped off with great coffee - better than any we had in Melbourne

Amazing baklava and great variety. Almond, cashew, walnut pistachio - pretty rare you get to choose, and all homemade. Well done

Great burgers, however there is quite a wait. My order was incomplete, so I had to wait to get my lunch. Don't order coffee.

My favourite road trip stop when travelling to Mildura. Great huge serves of hot chips not to mention the international offerings.

A very nice shop good fish-and-chips and the best Souvlaki. Just stop off and grab a quick bite to eat and we can maintain the support for the local so these little places are still there in the future.
