In my opinion these guys are not going to make any new friends by intentionally dragging their feet on aboriginal heritage plans. As the Aboriginal Heritage Act was poorly done no one put in law a time frame for these guys to appropriately work together with people to do heritage management plans for land sites meaning unless you are the government or some wealthy company these guys will pretty much not get anything done, either on purpose or who knows. Of course people are too scared too speak out about this. What happened in the past was wrong but you still need to give respect to the people who you work with now.
