My phone fell into a curry and would not charge as it said moisture in charging area. Today it worked fine so I did not need to plan repair.however as i was driving past i dropped in. Owner checked phone under microscope and said all good. Free of charge.

William fixed my iphone 14 Pro Max which had a badly smashed rear glass and camera lens. His work was great and he explained everything very well regarding the work done, good pricing also, will definitely use again.

Stephen did a great job sorting out our printer issues - got us going quickly but then came back to help us again late afternoon when the problem re-surfaced.
Would highly recommend these guys.

Amazing and speedy service, brought in a broken gaming steering wheel and they had it fixed in 1 day!

Will and Steve are so helpful and knowledgeable with repairs. They are very competitive both price wise and timely - I was quoted nearly three times the cost and time (20-30 mins as opposed to 3 4 hours!) to replace a cracked screen. We are really fortunate to have to have these guys locally. I could not locate a better service - thank you guys!

This is the best service at the best price I have ever received when it comes to fixing my phone. Had the screen and battery replaced. I didn’t know the battery on an iPhone could be replaced! Over the past few months I’ve had problems with several tech devices and they have successfully helped me with every single one. Here’s what happened:

I had a laptop which essentially stopped working despite the fact that I bought it only 2-3 years ago. The people at WS Techxpert spent the time to talk with me and figure out exactly what the problem was (because what initially seemed to be the solution would have likely ended up with a repeat of the same problem a few years down the track). In doing so, I understood what had gone wrong which will prevent me from making similar mistakes in the future. Turns out that my laptop wasn’t built for the kinds of programs I was running (no-one even asked me if this might be the case when I bought it). The people at WS Techxpert not only educated me on why a desktop would be better than a laptop for my specific needs, they also built me a new computer within about 4 days. Not only is it designed for the kinds of programs I run, it was also cheaper than if I had bought a pre-made computer from a store.
The computer works perfectly and it can easily be adapted if my needs change.

I was also helped when my phone stopped charging. They cleaned the phone and not only found there was water damage which I was completely oblivious to, but that there was only one small part which needed replacing. They quickly replaced it and my phone now works smoothly. The fix was cheaper than buying a new phone, as well as being better for the environment - win all around.

Every time I’ve walked into their shop they’ve been welcoming, knowledgeable, very helpful and have taken the time to understand the problem. I cannot recommend the people at WS Techxpert enough. If you’ve got a tech problem, or you need a new computer, check them out.

Absolutely fantastic service.

Brought in a couple of broken devices, all came out brand spanking new and working like it did on the first day! Speedy and incredibly affordable!

One of the devices I brought in was a water damaged Mac Book Pro, the Apple Store told me it was a total loss of both data and the logic board. WS Techxperts not only fixed the machine in a couple of days, they also recovered all the data! These people are without a doubt magicians!

Not only did he fix my mac, he also helped me repair my broken phone screen and my PC desktop!

I do not regularly post reviews but I have made an exception. We had a major issue with our desktop computer, something "cooked" in it. I dropped down to WSTechxpert and William was so friendly and helpful. The service was outstanding and the computer was repaired in less than 2 days not bad given the motherboard issue and in COVID times. The repair was inexpensive and the issue was well explained to a computer novice like me. I am happy to recommend and support this local business.
