5Very disappointed. Staff at Handbury Medical Suites are fantastic but since 1 of my medications was put on a restricted list by WRAD, (the only clinic in Warrnambool who does this) I must be in Warrnambool on that pick up day so I can collect 7 days tablets. This day happens to be a sat. I cannot change that day, so I'm unable to go away for a weekend because of their un necessary restrictions. Having my weekends controlled by a policy without compromise isn't how to care for patients/clients. I'm happy to take my business elsewhere to regain my freedom on weekends and will recommend to others that they do the same.
Staff are so wonderful here! Couldn't be more helpful. Nurse Rob and reception staff are fabulous
Having multi practitioners in the one centre allows for a very rounded, complete team of practitioners working to do the best for their clients.
Had an appointment at 3pm. Didn't see the doctor untill 3: 50pm. Ridiculous waiting times.
I was seen by a student doctor. They fit me in on the same day, and my care was very thorough and compassionate. Highly recommend.
