I believe thaty so often it's the people that make the difference. In this case the Lady that looked after me, Vaira, was amazing! She helped me through all I needed to know, as a first timer, and did it in such a lovely manner. Vaira helped me make the choice to use Worldwide, who were not the cheapest, during the initial call when she explained what they did, right through the delays that we experienced due to interuptions on the wharfs. Thatks Vaira, it was a great experience!

Aleks helped me export some engineering equipment and materials to a lab in Argentina. He was incredibly attentive and efficient, made the whole process a lot easier than what I anticipated it to be. Would highly recommend!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have been so impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of this company that I had to commend them on their work. I have been liaising with Aleks in relation to exporting some goods to Asia and he has been a Godsend. I’ve been trying to find a competent and adept export agent and found that those I worked with in the past lacked experience and effective communication. I’ve never needed to call or email for updates or timelines, Aleks always ensures that I’m in the know — a major advantage of a busy sole trader. So relieved I found you guys. Thanks again for all your hard work!

Please do yourself a favour upon reading this review and immediately cease any engagement with this company. Never in my life have I been witness to such a childish and shocking display of unprofessionalism. Their attitude to customers and collaborating businesses is that of a faithless and dishonest snake. Anticipate lies and contempt as you try to navigate your way through their prepubescent understanding of even basic communication. This failure comes from upper management and spirals all the way down to their minions, who obviously don’t care. Take this as a warning, do not use or engage with these people, they are liars and snakes.

Incredibly thorough and efficient, could not be happier with the service. Aleks kept me constantly updated and in the loop with what was happening at all times. Made my life a lot easier - if I could leave 6 stars, I would.

Not recommend at all. Quincie Stewart is the worst sales I have never see. She don’t know everything. If you want your goods been stranded on port. Chose this company and choose Quincie.

I had a disappointing experience with this mob. I forwarded all my documentation to WWCF, but they sat on it for weeks. They had to be constantly reminded to do their job and it ended up costing me hundreds in storage fees. Don't make the same mistake as me.

Professional, fast, reliable, transparent and easy - just a few things that have made dealing with Amanda and her team at WWCF a great experience in regards to Australian Customs Clearance.

Really happy with the services WWCF provided. The quoting process is straightforward. Overall very professional. One thing I need to mention is the drivers they hire are so friendly and tried their best to help unloading the cartons. This is critical. Strongly recommended.

Only reason I am giving them a 1 star is because 0 is not an option.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They waited until 1 day notice before the container was to be delivered and 3 days before I left the country to tell me they could not deliver a shipping container and then told me they could still deliver it MAYBE before the day I left but the cutoff was tight and if it did not make the ship I would incur $200-300 a day in costs and the next ship is in 6 weeks.
As you can imagine the stress levels are now high as everything needs to be moved into storage and I need to find another solution from overseas.
The customer service was apathetic and told they did what they could and too bad. You could tell in their attitude and demeanor they just don't care.
Save yourself the stress and avoid these guys!

Simply great to deal with and zero fuss. Organised clearance, pickup and delivery exactly as planned. Can't fault them.

She was very helpful and professional in solving all the problems related to the forwarding process. Through her high standard work she found the best solution and the best price.

Unfortunately between Dnata and the customer broker you are dealing with a loose loose situation. Although you end up doing everything yourself to avoid getting surcharged but you still have to paying duplicate payment at the end and you have to coop with it if you want to receive the package

Really appreciate the quick response from the team on my quote on extra large boxes being sent overseas. So easy to ship. Would definitely use them again in the future.
