I took the risk of purchasing a Maton S60 sight unseen from interstate, as there was just no stock availability in NSW/ACT. Purchasing through World of Music was quick and easy, in addition to them offering the best price available across Australia for this particular guitar.

My order was place at 5pm Monday and the guitar arrived in Canberra the very next day at 3pm, very well packaged and in perfect condition. The guitar itself is stunning and played brilliantly straight out of the case.

I cannot overstate how easy and quick this positive transaction was. I will definitely order from these guys in the future.

I made an order and got the shipment after 2 days, across states from VIC to NSW.

The staff is so friendly and willing to assist. I got an item in the order list which was not in stock, the staff let me know immediately via email, we discussed on the phone, the refund for that item was completely in the day. 2 days later I got all the other items.

Came for the guitar, stayed for the excellent service. I purchased a guitar and a cable. With lack of knowledge about the gears, the cable I purchased was not what I needed and I didn't even know that. WOM emailed me to clarify things and helped me sort things out super quickly and smoothly. The customer service was very friendly and professional.

I order a digital piano and it took two months to arrive due to the covid pandemic - which would have been understandable but i didn't receive any updates throughout the process (i wasn't told on the first instance as the website claimed the product was instock and i had to contact them on multiple occasions). My order came with free shipping, but i was told to pick up my product instead as it 'could get lost in transit'. My 1 star is purely for the product itself.

Cant recommended this place enough, bought a guitar and amp online, had prompt shipping, from time.of order to receiving was only a few days, would habe been less but there was an issue with tnt, second to done in terms of customer service, the gentlemen that handled my order I later meet in store when purchasing a hard case was amazing really went over the top in terms of service. Will most defiantly be back time and time again.

Did some guitar lessons here. Teacher was pathetic - with a very careless attitude. Avoid going to this place for lessons!

Every time I go to another store, I end up back at World of Music wondering why I didn't just start out there. Tim and the crew are genuinely helpful and accommodating. Its always a pleasure to shop there.

I bought an electric guitar for my son here lat month, we were treated very well, not pushy staff, and a great range of instruments to try before buying. Needless to say my son is loving his new "axe" as he calls it (lingo?), and we couldn't be happier either.
