World Baggage

Lost our baggage in 2017 sending from Australia to Spain. Response from them will be, “We have no record of you as a customer”.

Edit: No trolling here. Just a genuine 1 star review of your services for losing my baggage and then going missing. Please refer to my review left on “World Baggage, Building 2 Port Air Industrial Estate, 1A Hale St, Botany NSW 2019” where my review was responded to thus acknowledging it as Bona fide. This company either dismisses all negative reviews as false (including this one) or takes no accountability for their errors by simply blaming their customers for not reading the fine print on their website and continually changes their addresses on google to avoid having bad reviews.

The customer service they provide is professional and helpful. I had to call and email them multiple times to make some last minute changes. They reissued and reconfirmed all the documentation and walked me through all the details step by step.

Easy to book online and excellent service with pickup and delivery

I was returning from Italy and stressing so much about how I was going to get my stuff home, and how expensive the airline excess baggage charges were. I found World Baggage online, got an instant quote, I booked my bags online Tuesday and on Wednesday morning my bags were collected from my door. Brilliant! My bags arrived in Australia without any problems. I could track my consignment and my parents said that the delivery man was extremely friendly. The staff on the telephone were also extremely helpful when I called to ask about how the service worked.
