I ordered my work uniform through them (costing over $150) and decided to return the pants as they weren't a good fit. The tracking number showed that the parcel arrived to the warehouse. Yet months later I still havent received my refund. I've reached out via email to enquire about this. Even though I still haven't received the refund, they tried to close the ticket and mark it as resolved as I hadnt replied within 2 days. Ridiculous! I will NOT shop here again and don't recommend anyone else do either.

I waited over 6 weeks, numerous phone calls and emails to get my refund. Never came. Shop here if you have no other option.

Honestly Terrible.

Had incorrectly placed an order through my works link and was charged for uniforms back in November 2021. Instead of offering a refund (as I had credit through my work so the shirts were essentially covered) they demanded I send the perfectly good shirts back and re-order. This all happened in March.

I then had to wait FIVE MONTHS for them to finally send through the shirts, only for them to be the incorrect ones.

Companies, don't even bother. My coworkers and I all had terrible experiences with their distribution of uniform, I could have just bought my own shirt and ironed on our logo. Waste of time.

Seems I'm not alone in getting the "bad luck".
Online order, surely stores will be better like the other reviews?
Like pulling teeth out of a horse with a Leatherman multitool: For a workwear supplier, their invoices are terrible. Ordered 4 pairs work denims totalling 379.80 just before eofy so I can claim in next month or so.
Requested ATO tax receipt by email detailing order number- received white text on black background reply.
Package arrived today with packing document inside showing total value of $69.42.
I'm trying really hard to support Australian business guys, how about you doing the same?

First parcel missing! Spoke with 3 contact centre agents in a day and my problem was not resolved but made it worse. I was told my first parcel has been sitting in a post office without me being informed and I need to pick it up myself, I went to the post office and it was not there anymore because its been there for too long! I spent my half day off trying to sort it out and I was told by another agent to go home and parcel will be delivered today, but guess what.still no parcel! Got my second parcel already but had it returned because of its size, not I just need to pray I get the uniforms back with the correct sizes and have it delivered to my home address! Unbelievably stressful!

UPDATE:
currently on the line with their incompetent agent. THEY ARE CHARGING ME AGAIN FOR THE MISSING ITEM! THEY WANT ME TO PAY TWICE FOR AN ITEM THAT I NEVER RECEIVED? ! AND YOU CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE FROM AUSTRALIA AS THEIR AGENTS ARE ALL FROM PHILIPPINES WHO DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THINGS!

From the moment i walked in the staff is very professional and welcoming. Very nice modern office and great quality uniforms. The Communication is great/very helpful. Although my order had the wrong size on it which was correct on the original form,
i couldn't change it and i let them know asap. Bit dissapointing as i have to wait to receive the order only to return it and be sent the correct size. That is my only negative.
Lots of uniform ideas for bussines owners! Quality is great and very comfortable.
You can go in for a general fitting! Recommended.

Workwear Group is the most disgraceful, apauling and unprofessional company I have ever delt with. I have been waiting for overpriced work shirts for over 6 months now and they still can’t get my order correct, despite calling them countless times. They are a Professional Disgrace to their their industry. Would never ever ever.recommend anyone buy work garments from them.

Poor quality clothing that is very expensive and takes forever to be delivered. The worst experience i have had with any online retailer/any organisation ever

Over priced and ridiculously long waiting times. Paid over $100 for 2 shirts for my work on june 26th, still havent even been dispatched by August. I have spent so much time chasing up their customer service team who give slightly modified versions of the same reply stating they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. I have already started work now I'm using 1 shirt for full time work, for 2 weeks now. Save yourself the headache and avoid dealing with this company at all costs.
