Went in there today and cant walk up stairs but they came down for her and did the appointment downstairs, they were welcoming helpful and caring, especially seda and francis even offered my mum tea dont listen to the bad reviews its all junkies complaining.

I was assigned seda she a fantastic person but unfortunately when it comes down to it the place is hard to access if you have a pram or wheelchair they are also not very helpful in any way when it comes to things like the clients being pregnant as they won’t do anything to help with making sure you can still attend the appointment and also when the schedule a phone appointment the NEVER call when they say they are going to

I had the pleasure of being assigned Ifraan as my consultant. Originally as someone that didn’t want to be at workskil or any unemployment agency for a range of reasons, after being matched with Ifraan I can’t speak highly enough of him.

Not only does he have ability to understand challenges associated with being unemployed, but he will listen and work with you to assist in any positive way he can to help you with your goals.

This company is full of 'people' that think they're better than other people. Vigilantes. And for some disgusting reason the receptionist thinks it is funny that 2 children were killed in the Bourke Street attack. And her co workers are passing around naked photos of customers and Asian women without clothes. What is this business? Filthy. And it's all on video.

Never helpful!
I was supposed to get a phone call from them today at 3: 30pm they never called until 4: 40pm I missed it and called them back straight away never picked up the phone I waited on hold until I realized it was 5pm. I WISH I COULD OFFER YOU 0 STARS!

Doesn't answer calls or return emails, expect to be put on hold for 25+ minutes. I have a doctors certificate showing that I'm too ill to be physically present and yet my payments are on hold because they don't check their emails or answer the phone.

Edit: I got a callback and was able to reschedule.

The most lovely helpful kind and caring people I've ever had as a regularly unemployed person, I'm with the Coburg (Vic) office and they are the people you need on your side, always and in every way champions of the less fortunate.

One of the worst places ive ever been to i told the guy i would like to do I. T he told me you'd just be another curry with a degree his own words cause of his own personal problems with not be able to get work in I. T and now how works here this so called helper wont even let me apply to do I. T this place is a joke

One of the worst companies i've ever known. Only matched in awfulness by the places they send people to work.

One person there showed signs of usefulness and understanding, then i was switched back to mediocrity.

They work with centrelink to cut your payments off and make sure you have your resume with you even though they have it on file or you will be class as a inappropriate customer

My consultant always help me.special thank you to Keena.she helped me to get job at airport.she helped me when even i didn't had appointment and i went to office asking for help.she helped me to complete my induction.thank you so much workskil to helping me gain employment.

Would not recommend this JSA, had numerous issues including arriving to “job club” with no computers working (job club here is just sitting in a room applying for jobs which you could do at home), arriving to appointments being told to come back another day, receiving demerits and payment suspensions for not attending appointments when I notified them then having to go through processes to get payments again after unnecessary suspensions are just to name a few. I found two jobs on my own without their help, avoid this JSA unless you want to work at probe on a minimum wage.

Reception and staff need an attitude adjustment. I’ve been with them for four fortnights and have had my Centrelink payments cut each time due to not attending appointments that were never scheduled. Whenever I call to let them know that my payments were unfairly cancelled I am called a liar and am treated with little to no respect. I’ve had to repeatedly miss TAFE classes or placement as apparently the days I’m studying are the only days in the week that they can see me. At the start of my time with the service I was told that I wouldn’t need to look for work as my studies and caring responsibilities outweighed my need for a job but was later told by reception that, once again, I am a liar and maybe that’s why my payments keep getting cut. One week I brought in a month long medical certificate but was told that I still had to meet the criteria set out in my job plan as well despite it. Awful service. Pathetic.
