I have never once dealt with such an incompetent organisation and such a broken & poor excuse of a system. I found Joanne (front staff reception) to not use discretion when initially requesting for personal details and accounting of working experience, felt belittled from the beginning and moving forward. Having Gale as the person of contact that I was to be working alongside - to no assistance of hers whatsoever, I am gainfully employed - post this. Having not been on the system for over 6 years, with the exception of Covid-19 for my circumstances, I find it incredulous for your team to continually message / email / call and not have one person to deal with everything from start to finish, but state that another department is in control of the next stage for those employed - despite all persons working within the same organisation. Communication levels at zero and service levels below average.

The staff in this place are the rudest people I have ever come across in customer service. They yell at you like you're a child, make a fool out of you in front of everyone. Joanne has the worst attitude, and thinks she can abuse anyone she likes. I never see her actually working shes usually at the front of the building smoking. I would not wish on my enemy to have to go to this place. I've made a formal complaint but unfortunately just my complaint isn't enough. Maybe they should check the reviews on this place and they will see that these people aren't doing their jobs. I've been in customer service all my life and I have never seen anything this bad!

The staff are too rude. Especially the lady at the front. She always has a attitude towards people.
