They are amazing and help get work however they will not tolerate ones who constantly dont show up to appointments, no medical certificate but quick to show up when their payments stopand abuse staff.

My partner has been trying to get his payments back for a month because of these guys. Saying people will call him or message him back and NOTHING. Most useless people who shouldn't be in this line of work.

Fareed is my case worker and he's lovely. Kind and understanding. But the whole system is not working.not for me anyway. After 12months of non appointments it took til I got arrested and charged with criminal offenses that I started to receive any assistance.
