Workbench Warehouse

Was after a great bench for my workshop so I was told these guys are the place to go to. From the start Michelle told me it would be a 4 week wait and I was fine with that. However she did say I will be pushed up the line and est build time 2 weeks…. 9 weeks later my bench was complete. No calls to give me updates I had to call them! It was a simple bench with some minor mods and attachments. And to top it all off I was called and told it was ready but what bench top do I want? I had already discussed it all! And David said on the friday the bench will leave on monday morning. So I paid bill and guess what… bench did not leave monday, instead I tried calling to ask about it and was told its leaving Tuesday. Well thursday rolls around and Michelle calls me and asks what address is it getting sent to! THURSDAY. Well anyway the one main Job I had booked in for 3 months and required this bench for came in that weekend. If the bench got aent out when they said I would have had it in time for my job. Oh and yes the job came and gone and the bench arrived after…. Also found they have missed a ton of painting under the bench. And when emailing David his response was. Its hard to paint under bench. Hows ur free grinder attachment. They gave me a free grinder attachment to slide into bench but I never asked for it to be free I asked for a good quality bench and that includes PAINT ON ALL SURFACES. Very dissapointed. And will never be returning. And thats a shame because I am setting up a much larger workshop and was about to spend $25k on custom benches but will be taking my money elsewhere!

I first spoke with Dave early 2018, after which he made three large custom length benches for my shed which are amazing. Got them gloss black with stainless tops, Dave and the guys from WW delivered them and got them into my shed in the pissing rain which I'll never forget. I also got pegboards, an offset vice and a bench grinder, all matches and looks spot on even though I still don't have it properly setup.

I spoke with Dave again a couple of months ago and asked if he could make up a custom frame for a bar table for a work office, that would be heavy duty enough to have a caesarstone top on it. We got this in and it looks great, clean welds, good paintwork and he turned it around in less than a week.

Everyone that see my shed benches loves them, and the bar table is no different. Thanks again Dave, I'm sure we'll speak again soon!

Extremely strong workbenches. The draw rollers are buttery smooth, and can handle lots of heavy tool and weight. No bolting together, it's fully welded. Nice people, highly recommend.

As a complicated custom project I appreciate the effort and detail you have gone to to get these completed to such a high standard and within tight timelines.
The quality is amazing, the sections that fit into others are still functional after months of use and have stood up to the frequent transporting and use across the country.
We will certainly be back for any additional work, not only for the quality but for the build time and reasonable pricing.

Great product and design, Dave and I discussed a design based on my requirements, no problems excellent service and more importantly top quality metal sheeting and and framing. Forget the not so cheap overseas rubbish and stick with our local suppliers and product - thanks again Dave the new portable trolley bench works a treat be it for outside portable cooking table or the misses using it to transport pots and garden items around our unit well done WBWH

From when I made my first enquiry to delivery of the bench the communication from David was polite, professional and prompt. I ordered an 8ft long custom bench with 14 drawers, 2 shelves, a wood working vice and a standard vice and to top things off I was using my own timber benchtop and nothing was too hard. The bench was well packaged and the quality of the finished product excellent - heavy duty, sturdy bench with quality components for the drawers and an excellent paint finish. I would highly recommend Workbench Warehouse.
