This Business is mostly online now. However they were happy to accomodate my client, who wanted something there and then and wanted to pay cash. The Staff member was very helpful and very friendly. My client got what she was after and able to enquire about other items.

My husband and I ordered Bibles on the 9th September and we were surprised and disappointed to find only one Bible in the package when it was delivered. Turns out my Bible was 'out of stock' at time of posting (we have a receipt saying it was in stock at time of ordering). We wouldn't have minded so much if there had been some communication at some point or an offering of a refund. First time we have experienced this from a business. On their website it says we aren't entitled for a refund because it was ordered for us. We really would have liked the option to choose if something was ordered rather than have to wait. Imagine if this was a time sensitive gift! My husband emailed a couple of weeks ago and the response was apologies for the delay should be arriving in a week and you will get an email notification. Now the 16th of October and still hasn't arrived. Unfortunately no apologies for lack of communication or offering of a refund. Will not be ordering again as the discounted sale price doesn't seem worth it for the lack of service we have experienced.

Ordered a book on the 29/05. We still have not received the book on 11/07. There is no communication telling me why it is late unless I ring them. On the website it still says arriving 17/06 so that tracking system is rubbish. They don't respond on Facebook or email. I have contacted this store 5 times now and this is the 2nd time they have told me within 2 weeks. Really poor service do not buy from this store

A very friendly place with a small display area. Got a very good variety of stocks. The staff was very kind and helpful when I went to pickup my order. I will definately recommend to my friends.

Wanted to buy a bible for a friend and this place was close by.

Closed for in situ shopping and male worker offered no help but female was very good.

Great prices for a bible I think

Bought a book recently and opted for click and collect. They processed my order very quickly and I was managed to collect on the very day I ordered. Their prices are overall cheaper than other Christian bookshops because you literally collect from their warehouse. Highly recommend anyways!: D

They never answer the phone there’s just an answering machine where you leave your name and phone number and they never call you. They never answer emails or any other messages on Facebook
