Woori Yallock Bakery

Not the best bakery in the area, but that would involve drinking to the next town.

We got some sausage rolls and the vanilla slice.

Unfortunately, it must have been a bad day for the Baker. The sausage rolls where flat with almost no filling, the pastry was very hard and the margarines used in the pastry had seperated into an oily mess saturating the paper bag. Flavour of the sausage mix was lacking in both the standard and the pork/apple/sage sausage roll. Was fairly disappointed, probably should have gotten the pie.

The vanilla slice had good pastry, but the custard was more jelly then creamy.

I know this bakery has really good bread etc. Today I went there around 9am only to find staff either didn't have a face mask on or were wearing it just covering mouth and chin. When I asked the man if he had a mask he just walked away. I think it is incredibly selfish of these people who not only put me at risk but also family, friends and the rest of the community. Do the right thing and wear your mask appropriately.

The best pies that I have ever eaten! Their chunky steak pie actually has steak in it not mince like other bakery’s try and sell you.

Went in today on my way to Warburton, had one of the best soy latte I’ve had in awhile, combined with a Thai chicken and Veg pie!

Service was quick and friendly too!

Liked it very much. Great range of quick take away options. Including fresh fruit salad and repeatable meal options. If I lived in the area I would be a regular.

Great bakery with friendly staff. Huge selection of pies with golden brown, flakey pastry. I thought the prices were pretty good. The cakes looked amazing and have all of your favourite classics.
I tried the American pie with chilli, salami, mince and cheese. Pretty good.
I also tried the Woori Whopper. A burger inside a pie. Definitely worth giving it a try.
Will be back to work my way through the menu.

Steak and pepper pie - good flavour of the chucky steak but could do with more gravy. The pie crust was good - nice layers of crust and was not doughy or crumbly.

Love this place and stop here regularly. Their family pies - especially the Thai pie - are great value and their cakes - especially the Woori Nut - are all excellent. They also have a good selection of bread and their Sweet Chilli Chicken rolls are a favorite.
They also do great coffee and it is a must do stop if you are ever in the area.

Did not know about this place. Went in to try it.

The coffee was the best! Not a hint of burnt grounds.

The desserts are a must have!

The chicken freshly made sandwiches were amazing.

We did not try the pies but the wall full of certificates for the best pies in Australia, which is very assuring!

The BEST bakery in the valley.
Breakfast, lunch, dessert/sweets, milkshakes, coffees, just everything.

Quite possibly the best pie in Victoria. They seem to sell out fast on the weekends so get there quick!

An amazing variety of pies and loved the Thai chicken one. Kids had amazing donuts and cupcakes.

The vegan lentil pie is amazing! Plenty of options and you can't go past the vegan brownie or muffin.

Can not stay away. Great service, coffee, and food. My personal favs would be the Whopper Pie and Maple Glazed donut.

I lived in Woori Yallock for 11 years and that bakery was my favourite breakfast and lunch go to. I especially loved their tuna pie which in my opinion is the best I've ever had. It's a great place to get food. They have won many awards for their pies so I recommend it to anyone.

The veggie curry pastie which is vegan Is worth the drive from Melbourne - they’ve been nailing it for years with this one!

Pies, do you like pies? I am thinking about staying for 20 days so I can try all their different pies. I had a steak bacon and sweet potato pie. It was delicious.
Staff where customer focused and made sugestions. Customers where happy and chatty. It is a bakery and cafe with healthy food too. 5 gold stars.

The best bacon and egg roll I've ever had! The only place to stop on the way out to go motorbike riding.

Always fresh and the friendly staff can whip you up a chicken snitz salad roll or salad sandwich or if your into cakes or just a loaf of bread hot coffee or a hot pie yum yum
