Woolworths White Box Rise Wodonga South

Medium size example of the brand, small range of deli items and meats. Probably a result of demographics. Otherwise seems to offer usual range of fresh food and groceries. Isles were clean and tidy and the staff friendly and helpful.

Just went into Woolworths white box to grab some kitty litter and a drink but my netbanking wasn’t working/letting me transfer money and the girl who served me, Brianna, paid for it! A massive thank you to her, definitely made my night!?

Come here Christmas Eve.
Place was staffed incredibly well. There was a line but you can tell they were doing everything they could to make it fun smoothly.

Lovely as always.people are calm and collected.an inviting atmosphere to be amongst.so i mainly go to woolworths for almost anything.depends how much i have to spend and all that.nothing to complain about here

Love it! One of the managers Maddy was so lovely, so accepting of my body modifications and complimented me! Even though she was having a tough day she did her best to make others have an awesome day. Lovely talks with her as she was bagging my groceries.

Mostly enough parking, everything else pretty good. No fiddly coins needed to use shopping trolleys - that's worth a 5.

Today whilst shopping in your store I was unsure as to where to find a certain product that I have not used before that was recommended to me. I asked one of your employees named “Noelene” where I might find it. Not only did Noelene find it for me straight away, she couldn’t of been more friendly to help me by explaining to me as to how to use it.
Noelene was so patient and kind to me and I am very grateful for her wonderful customer service as in my opinion Noelene went above and beyond to help make my shopping experience a very pleasant one so “thank you Noelene “ for all of your help today! Love this store they have some great staff. But I went to purchase a pet food product I buy weekly and it had gone from $4.25 up to $6. When I asked about it I was told it was the VIP pet food company and the store had nothing to do with it.
Went to coles this week and they still sell it for $4 25.
So I'm left to wonder why Woolworths would such a big price hike on a product that's still same price at another store. Obviously it's not the VIP pet food company that produces the product its Woolworths putting prices up blaming it on covid to make even more money off there loyal customers.
So unhappy.
At least coles isnt taking advantage of covid and customers just to make more money.

I enjoy the large store & great variety of goods BUT I CHECK MY DOCKET AFTER EVERY SHOP as you buy specials but most of the time your charged full price. Tonight's shop I bought a large jar Moccona coffee & got charged for 2 jars, bought camembert cheese on special $5 & got charged $11.50. Etc, just not good enough & some staff can be quiet RUDE.

Not good in you want fresh baked bread in the morning. Was there at 9.30am.and most of the bread still hadn't been put out on the shelves.

I have been shopping here since it opened and more recently as I have had some physical problems have been using home delivery and shop on line. What great service

A great supermarket, always fresh and plenty of choice. Parking under cover, all easy and quick if this is what you like.

I think this mask deal hampers the staff from hearing the same as it does for all people I know we have to wear them but it is awkward

Haven't been there in a very long time. It was well stocked & the deli guy was so so friendly. Very clean & fresh looking.

Huge store, plenty of variety in everything.

Not a store l go to often and this is why l was planing to buy some chicken but after looking at the chicken fridge you can see that it is in need of a good clean

I can't believe I purchased a product here for 1/2 price as in catalogue but in High Street they said it wasn't 1/2 price. Definitely going to start shopping here
