I was there yesterday with my wife and kids. We used the self serve checkouts. We barely had enough time to take and count our change when a customer service representative approached us from behind and aggresively told us to go away because there were other customers waiting? I was startled with the aggresive tone! Shocking customer service! If the system would allow me I would give 0 stars.

Great produce, always fresh. There's also good wine selection in the liquor store. There always specials on wines and groceries.

Great deli.will be getting my business since COLES is doing away with deli and making everything pre packed. I will not buy pre packed. I want my meat freshly cut.

Food out of date. Same items in different locations have different prices. Items wrongly labelled.

I love the fact it's open till 11pm, hopefully doesn't change down like other places in the area.

I really would like to thank a lady that was on register today. I'm embarrassed to say I didn't get her name it was around 1.30 2.00 pm she was so understanding and helpful over and beyond bless you kind soul

The only place to get Banana Custard doughnuts, Mr Donuts is an amazing brand that deserves the praise, Woolworths deserves praise too, they try their hardest to deal with difficult and annoying customers. Woolworths customer service is the absolute best.

I have called the store 16 times! Every time I can hear it’s been picked up and hung up straight away.
My click and collect was only half picked and handed over.
So so rude the staff member who “gave” me my trolley as he basically pushed it into me.

I am so disappointed and shocked as previous to this I have had no issues with this store.

Me and my family like to come here for shopping. It is a great store with excellent management (I think). The food here is so fresh and the staff here is enthusiastic.

Staff attitude is horrible, I slept over on some water in fruit and veg area and when told Staff member all he could say was sorry about that but since new mister was put in it always leakes, didn't even ask if I was alright, if they new it always leaks then it should be blocked off, as now my knee is starting to swell up, cheers guys love the customer service, will only be back to complain to management

2022 dude helped me find Kecap Manis in Sauce aisle.
Woolies do this funny thing where they don't keep all Asian sauces in Asian aisle.: p

Repeatedly poorly stocked in my experience and the bakery is a shambles. I do not think it is unreasonable to expect to be able to purchase a certain type of bread at 8.30 am. The staff are very defensive when asked why not and that this is a frequent experience of mine. The manager is just rude and speaks over you. This particular store requires a culture change.

Most of the prices have increased due to the Covid 19.however we did not create this epidemic.why should we be penalised? Stuff Woolworth and Coles

Bread section - this little Indian guy who was working on 26/11/2021 in morning filling shelves was throwing bread in shelves like he does not care.management can you look in this matter.also he was talking in his native language continuously on his headphones

Overall best woolworths always has what i need best prices and good specials good customer service

Have the friendliest most helpful online team always ready to have it ready way before the time slot so it helps with my work and children pick up etc far far better than Coles just a few hundred meters away

People touch fruit and vegetables way too much. If you want an apple you should not need to touch every one of them!

Personally absolutely better than Coles at same shopping centre. Confront some rude staffs at the Coles, in terms of that this Woolies much better than that with better quality products.
