Woolworths Warralily

No pre-made sandwiches are available at this Woolworths, and the isles are always blocked by staff restocking shelves and picking orders for click and collect. It's like an obstacle course. Also, I saw tubs of ice cream being left on the floor by staff members while they were replenishing the shelves.

I picked up a bag of white nectarines advertised for 3.90, it scans for 4.90, I tell the one lady supervising the empty self checkout, she gets it price checked. While this is happening she asks me suspiciously if my umbrella is mine. About two minutes later a store person confirmed 3.90 price. No apology offered, only asked if I would like to buy at said price. I inform supervisor that at other supermarkets on a small item when priced incorrectly item is given at a discount or complimentary. She gives me a look as though I am being rude, I point out to her that she has wasted my time.
I will never return to this store.

Every time I go to get fresh seafood or fresh roast chicken or pork they nver have anything ready or in stock so I always shop at Coles is better and reliable not lazy like Woolworths

It's a big spacious, clean neat looking store, The shopping centre it's located in could do with a couple more retailers such as a bakery and decent takeaway food store such as a chicken and chip eatery.

Nice new Woolies. Easy parking around the back and other shops are there also. Toilets are just outside wollies. Happy staff, easy access.

Almost all asian stuff are there good for asian people like us.more complete than others. Good on you Woolworth.many thanks.

Went shopping today and noticed some really great price drops and few better than Aldi
Warralilly Woolworths is such a great place to shop and is never to packed!

Pathetic. Placed a delivery order as we are in isolation. Charged a delivery fee of $13 and delivered only 7 out of 17 items. There is no number to call. Only chats. They don't even have the courtesy to deliver the missing items. Will never order from them.

Great layout, good amount of products, the only questionable thing being the staff member chatting and being followed around obviously by her boyfriend, who was leaning on shelving blocking customer access to products.
The staff at this store are usely exceptional. I might add a senior staff member also had to tell this girl to put her mask on as she went past. Finished my shop and left.

Always clean always tidy, staff are hit and miss. Some are miserable, the blonde fella whos on customer service always smiling and helpful

Great shopping mall for the Armstrong creek area. Basically Woolies Is the highlight there, and perhaps the pharmacy too. There is a small gym and gift stores as well. Liquor is afforded from a variety of two shops, nails can be done as well as some great sit in or take out food outlets

Very professional staff and a very friendly atmosphere. Our family always does our weekly shopping here.

I was appalled when i entered this Woolworths and i was unable to located a good brand of banana milk. There was only kids banana milk that tasted foul and made me gag.i needed the potassium from the banana milk to stop severe muscle cramps but because of this lack of product i experienced the worst muscle cramps i have ever had in my life. This could have been easily prevented if only i had the banana milk that i required but wasn’t on the shelves. There wasn’t even any banana nesquick or substitutes to make up for the lack of the original product.i am disgusted in Woolworths Warralily as every other store has it.i will never come back to this specific store again.: (

Everytime I bought gift cards from here, they never worked. Either false to active or not active probably. Bought an iTunes gift card before Christmas and just took out and use it now and turn out not working. Don’t know where the receipts because it has been too long.

Yes agree with others. The staff are wonderful and obliging. Not happy that I need to check the "Best Before" date on the cask wine.which very often is beyond the date, the staff are brilliant. God help anyone who, in this C19 issue be disrespectful to any of the staff in my presence. Congrats to the staff at this store

This Woolworths is really clean and has a really good layout. Love how new it is and the produce is all ways good, Staff are really nice.

I used to live in Armstrong Creek but back in Geelong and still drive out just to go to the Woolies because its the best!
