Woolworths Thrift Park reviews
53Everything you need from a supermarket is here. Staff are friendly and always happy to have a quick chat at the checkout. Discounted bakery items, (breads, pastries etc), are usually available late in the evening as they clear the shelves for the next day.
Thrifpark woolworths is the largest store, the shelves are always full, they accomodate to multicultural and diverse needs. Staff are always friendly. The store is always clean, trolleys inside the store few of them are usually unlocked makes my life so much easier. Lot's of bargains,
The deli, fresh fruit and vegetables area is very clean and very fresh.
The store is well managed, staff are great. Night fillers are considerate when I am shopping late.
Thank you
Figen
Bloody self serve is a discrace, they are getting paid and we r doin their job they just stand there and watch us do the hard work.lazy slow staff when u can get someone to serve u. Only ever 2 registers open and the wait time is terrible. Tertible service
Friendly helpful staff. Most often has what I need. Fresh fruit and veg abit hit and miss but I'm sure this can't be helped these days. This is my go to Woolies.
One of the larger Woolworth's, they've got almost everything you could need for your week. The main reason to visit Thrift Park
I found this shopping centre to be a small one on one level only and having parking
And t heir was never a que when it came to paying your bill of food.
Good shopping centre. Disappointed that they follow Halloween and have the ugly stuff connected to something that is so evil
Great store nice & big just wish they'd break the long isles up so you don't have to go all the way up & down, maybe some electric golf carts to get around.
Been in here a couple of times, in passing. Good sized store. Clean and tidy. Good service. Well stocked shelves.
It's okay, the staff who work here are nice. The people who shop here are WASPS and stuck up so I generally avoid it because I don't like that whiter than white vibe.
Great store but could be better.
There is no Wagyu available in the butcher department. I have to travel to Dingley Village store to purchase Wagyu and it is out of my way to do so. At least if there was Wagyu Rump available there would be many more happier customers.
Also the butcher display looks amazing lately. I think there is a new butcher there.
Good job guy’s.
I just went to Woolies at Thrift Park to get some shopping and to be able to afford my shopping I was going to have to pay both cash and card because I’m short this week.
The lovely lady that served me pointed out that I had $10 on my rewards card.
I was so happy because it was my first $10 as I’m new to the rewards system.
So then the lady serving me asked to see my rewards card again and she added 1000 rewards points just because she could.
How lovely! I mean what a beautiful person!
I just wish I asked her name so I could have added it here!
Things like this really remind you that there really is still good in the world!
Thank you lovely lady!
Great place to get things done post office chemist bakers delight 2$shop food meat fish nails newsagents and more
The worst Woolworths we’ve ever been to and unfortunately it’s our local. Online orders are always wrong (honestly impressive to get at least something wrong every single time). Staff barely know what they are doing and never offer any apologies. Today my husband was treated with contempt and embarrassed by two young staff members who first scanned items incorrectly at checkout and then shamed him because he kindly asked for the mistake to be rectified. The attitude he received from the young male staff in particular was unprofessional and uncalled for. I’ve personally had many other bad experiences at this store before too so it’s definitely not an isolated episode.
We’ve also experienced aisles full of cardboard boxes all over the ground (huge safety issue), plenty of prices marked incorrectly throughout the store, as well as prices being changed over at 6pm on a Tuesday, when they are actually updated on the Wednesday – effectively forcing you to shop without knowing current prices.
Absolutely shocking overall. We’ve been doing all our grocery shopping here because it’s nearby but we’ll need to start going out of our way and go somewhere else to get some decent service.
Visited Thrift park Woolworths and met a lovely young man named Otto, great quality of service. Hire more people like him:)
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD BY GOSH TONIGHT, Completely ignoring two customers and the phone to pack a bag fir a customer whom forgets item’s……didn’t even acknowledge anyone else but this invisible customer while two other wait for service whilst listening to the phone ring away…. Bravo Gosh & Woolworths
I refuse to go to another deli in Melbourne. This one is super fresh and includes a wide range of meats and seafood. Excellent customer service by Christopher who served me. He knows the products to the core. What an asset to the team!
On this particular day I found many old bread on reduced price. I had never seen 10 croissant reduced to less than 2 dollars before. I bought myself 6 buttermilk scones and 4 donuts, both were sold at 0.90.
I visited the Thrift Park Woolworths on the 14thAugust at 12.30pm. The staff at the customer service counter was really rude. Talks over you and doesn't want to help you. Asanga should not be working in a customer service position if she doesn't have the skills or maybe she need to be trained on how to treat customers. I will try to avoid shopping here again.
My favorite Woolworth. Stuff are always helpful, relaxed & friendly. Shelves are stocked. Always a great experience
