Vanessa customer service reception is very slow on her service very unprofessional, had to wait over 30 minute to get attended

Worst woolworths in preston due to lack of staff support for online orders, i waited in queue more than 37 minutes to catch on 5 grocery bags! Shame on online management.

Second choice of Supermarket behind Aldi Heidelberg West, but whenever I'm there the staff's friendly and a little bit cheaper than Coles.

Lots of staff - friendly and open to help me find things.

Rude older woman staff member. I found an item on clearance that was there for a week mind you.
She proceeded to tell me it wasn’t. When it had the sticker on it. Anyway I let it go people make mistakes, so I said that’s fine I don’t want it.
After that she diddnt ask for my rewards card or even ask cash or card. So I didn’t even have time to scan it. Even when I said wait I want to scan my rewards card. She said TOO LATE. Some of us actually need those points so we can get some $$ off shopping.
She was scanning my items like I was at Aldi and so blunt and rude. If your having a bad day please don’t even come to work with your negative attitude.

Not enough checkouts open, somehow still has stock issues. The self service checkout use creepy surveillance, accuse you of theft. Very bad experience.

Had a trolley of groceries on a Thursday evening and only staffed register just closed. Was forced into the self-serve registers and told there is no demand for staffed registers as people don't do big shops at that time. You are a grocery store, not a service station pit stop. My HCW wife after a hard day at work doesn't need that extra chore doing the weekly shop! We will now take our business to Coles

Not enough checkouts open. Long queues. Even had to queue for self serve as several of them were also not working.

Slow service at the deli. Self checkout with vegetable remnants. Roving assistant not interested in cleaning this.

It's a decent size, and normally has everything we need in a Woolworths visit. But the bakery section is kinda non-existant compared to the Coles in the same mall, or compared to the standalone Heidelberg store (which is smaller and doesn't always have other things you'd want).

Frustrating, because 80-85% of groceries we get is from ALDI, and the rest is Woolworths.unless they're out of their diamond rolls.in which case it's Coles as well.

Look, Woolies and Coles alike just seem like they're not even trying. Any small IGA has way more charm.

Great shopping centre. Lots of shops and parking.
If you have a four wheel drive, be careful when entering the undercover parking as the entrances are either 2.0 and 2.1.

Whenever Coles has a special, the next week Coles has the same, so go to one 1 week n switch the next@! Get all the specials

Great place to shop for anything that you need. Great food court, has many varieties of food to choose from. Relax by going to to one of their Hoyts beautiful cinemas to watch the current movies. Plenty of car parks and public toilets it's a great place to shop.

Great place to deal friendly staff if you need help they're always happy to help with anything you need

Typical giant supermarket chain store and almost indistinguishable from the other supermarket giant Coles.

Clean, fresh and well stocked. Conveniently located in the 'grocery hub' meaning I can easily navigate through the various stores I need to go to.

It carries a good range, if you're looking for more Asian groceries, I would recommend Woolies Polaris.

Allowing people to enter without a mask and not checking in may result in having to get checked for covid AGAIN for the 5th time. As a result maybe a class action against Woolworths (The COVID people)
