Woolworths Ocean Grove

This Woolworths had an unfathomably bad smell. It smelled like sewage or manure or something. I am genuinely curious as to whether it always smells bad. I thought it might have been manure in the gardens but it didn’t smell bad outside.

The store as a variety of goods I think you can get all the household requirements at the store

Good choice of product. Fresh Butcher. Terrific for those who onlyveant two sausages, chops or a small piece of steak. Very helpful butcher Helpful Staff overall. Plenty of easy parking.

Bakery had a great selection of baked goods. Will come back here again. Very reasonable prices.

I love this supermarket, lots of space, large variety and nice staff make it a pleasure to shop there.

It’s our local and only fairly new so we are very happy with it. Modern layout great staff. Wide isles easy to navigate. The meat is always good especially the eye fillet it melts in the mouth. Good fish section a lot of fresh seafood on offer.

Picture this. It's a Sunday night, cold. Rain on my doorstep and moths on my doormat. Inside was the place to be. My girlfriend wanted to eat cornflakes but it is a sin to consume cornflakes without the complementary nectar of the dairy cow. 9: 45 pm I will get it or my marriage is ruined. Luckily I live next door to this fine establishment. It is convenient when you need milk as you do. I went to the supermarket to be treated by Will P. He helped me find the milk aisle in time for my hungry girlfriend. Thanks Willace! You really helped me find milk pal. Superb work willace.

So easy to navigate and find groceries in this supermarket. Only helped by wonderful staff who are friendly, and helpful within in the shop, and at checkout, safe manner

Very clean and well maintained store, great selection as one would expect. Nice fresh produce as well.

Change of mind returns policy a joke. I understand if I was returning tons of bog rolls but the female team member to enforce their policy when I bought the packs of cards 5 minutes prior and force me to purchase other items of equivalent value shows me their lack of training in customer service. I don't usually shop in Woolies, but this was a terrible shopping experience.

Nearly always fresh produce and friendly staff. Just have to wait in line as sometimes not enough staff on at registers

Always busy but still able to get parking all trolleys and baskets cleaned so no problem good place to shop

Plenty of room at this Woolies within a small shopping complex at Kingston Estate with liquor store, newsagency, Bakers Delight, Donut King and butcher. Generally parking is no problem except prior and during public holidays.

Very busy this time of year friendly, happy employees great knowledge of where items are located within the store.

Great shopping good prices and there was a great gentleman by Robbie Garner who went above and beyond to get me the produce I wanted and with a great smile and gave top service thank you Robbie

Three types of check-out to choose from. Smiles and friendly service. Needing signs along frozen food so you can identify where the main groups/types of food are as you look/walk along/across the doors.

Went to Woolworths had to buy a hose, it was $20 scanned my Woolies card and didn't have to pay a cent
