Woolworths Morwell

The staff are lovely however the last 4 orders I've had have been missing items, I live out of town and only go in for groceries once a week.
Missing items mean my family and I miss out.

Dunno what's going on at Woolies, but they seem to be doing away with the half-trolleys. Rare as hens teeth, usually have to go out to the car park and bring my own in, sometimes none to be found there either. Bloody annoying.
Update: still taking my own trolley in, and warding off people who need one and think I'm bringing one back. No improvement and still bloody annoying.

Can't even deliver to the correct address. Refused to re-deliver my order on the same day. Often receiving wrong items or Incompetent.

This week's special is on Bogans with arse crackage hanging out. I got a great bargain on mine.

Great shop same as Woolworths in the metropolitan regions.set out the same. Easy to find what you need.

I don't live in morwell, so was pleasantly surprised, at the variety in store. Items were presented well and shelves stock up, and store looked inviting. Better than the Woolworths in moe.

There was this wonderful young man there he was Sundanese what a pleasant young man he is always polite and Helpful really needs to be recognised

Staff are friendly and go beyond. But they are pushed to breaking point due to the ferals, shop lifters.

Previously over the past year, bread shortages etc. Lately it's been good with stocked shelves.

Had the groceries I was looking for, seems to be well stocked. Store was well set out and clean. Checkout lady was friendly.

Its currently under renovations so its a bit of a mess n not very roomy but staff are always friendly n helpful. Hopefully the renovations will be all complete by end of Nov. Store will be amazing then

One star, not enough rye breads, vegetables, young workers not getting paid in full for spended hrs.there. Managers Trained to become great Thiefs! In white gloves not recommended sick place to work.

All workers are rude except young ones, what's wrong with you people? Not acceptable how you treating customers! Including Manager-Big Shot!

This not the first time staff have been rude want be going back manager was not nice eather she made me very upset if I have to I will travel

People at the deli are rude and the prices are increasing on so many items, other than that I don't have any other issues. It's a great grocery store with many options to choose from.

I love that the self checkouts do not close at night, I don't always feel like chatting and I like to pack my own things.

Horrible manger named Anita, I have been a regular customer for a long time, today i went in and done my usual shopping. As i was going through the register to pay for my shopping my partner and I was treated so rude when my partner asked for a bag and wanted to change the eggs due to one being broken. The manager Anita continued to be rude so we walked of without our shopping. We called to complain but got told we can complain all we want it wont do anything, i asked for someone above her but her response was there isnt anyone above her then was accused of shoplifting and hung up on when i asked for the proof of these allegations. I dont shoplift this was unacceptable customer service.

On the weekends younger ones workers owns this woolworths, they are drugies, laughing and pointing at people, l know what lm saying, service is rude and shelf are not filled with the products.

Regularly rude customer service from the deli. I ask for $4 of salami, they tried to give me way over without even checking if that was OK. Practically throw the packages at you on the counter, don't even say "have a nice day " or anything, simply turn away rudely. Absolutely grumpy and small selection of food. Regularly will only find sliced meats and not shaved, unlike Coles.
