Woolworths Mooroopna

Don’t know the chaps name working on self serve but he is amazing so friendly and pleasant a big change to what we are used too, please don’t lose him

Debbie is such a sour person I don't understand why Woolworths have such a unapproachable miserable employee still their. Disgusting attitude towards shoppers.

Only operate with 2 counters open with one being an express even though there's ques of people up the aisles, staff are rude and inconsiderate.
Get it together.

A wonderful place to shop the store is clean and there is always staff walking around the store if you need help and most of the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Not much improvement from last report, short stock staff seem stressed, will need to improve, wwe will probably go back to coles

Where have the scales gone in fruit and veg? I could not weigh my mushrooms, it did not make me a fun guy. Please bring back the weighing scales for loyal customers.

Live in Mooroopna, do regular shopping every week plus dropping by to get a few things through out the week, I’ve noticed an old lady with dark hair tied up usually at evening time has very bad attitude, she always replies with “I don’t know” doesn’t matter what you ask. She looks like she’s been constipated for many years, and takes it out on all customers who happen to do their grocery shopping here. She’s brought down this store’s reputation, if the manger happens to read this, I want to say, you really don’t have to hire someone who clearly hates her job.

Very little stock on shelves. No bread, milk, very minimal meat selection.
A suggestion would be if the advertised opening time is 7am. Get stock on shelves first.

I'm sick and tired standing at the deli waiting for service, no one but myself. Three people behind the counter, one walks past and ignore you and l'm not a short person. Same people from weeks ago, as in today.
I think it's time to go nextdoor and send my money overseas.

Really like this woolworths, but they really need to put more staff on the registers. Apart from that really happy shopping here

Great store tidy clean all fruit and veg looked fresher than Coles or Woolies market place Not over crowded loved the experience

Poor bakery dept, always burnt. More expensive than other close by woollies. Stock is not always on shelf.

Always enjoy shopping at Woolies. & really like the bonus points system. 2000 points recieve $10.00 off grocery bill.

I know my way around this store, we buy or did monthly and are doing so again. Staff always happy to answer any queries.

I've been going here for years to mooroopna woolworths.excellent service.always every staff willing to be helpful.very rare to be waiting long ever.this place is AWESOME. Though I cannot say the same about Woolworths in SEYMOUR.this place is an absolute joke.you will stand there forever waiting for service (heaps of counters) 1 working.if you're a smoker you have to buy smokes separate.thus using your card twice cause you cannot buy it together with your shopping.unlike mooroopna where people are normal

Pretty big store but confused with the layout to some of the city stores. Still, was able to find most things but lacked Tarragon.hehe in fact most places we checked lacked Tarragon and Marjoram. ;)

Difficult to manager trolley on leaving as
slight slope to car park.
Do not appreciate stacking stock and blocking aisle, not pleasant for a disabled.
Staff very friendly and helpful.

Love this store everytime l am there staff friendly always helpful love the rewards program handy for the way home. Will go out of there way for there customer's.

Should look at rewards for your staff that, go the extra mile, we are in hard times, kindness goes a long way,
Some people will have there only contact with people with your staff, on a daily basis,

Started my unpaid education in Woollies as a baby, this location is narly. Plenty of flowing parking in the rear quicknstop parking in front keep up the fantastic services too Mooroopna ️
