Woolworths Metro Queens Place

Handy location. Generally, range is limited and some things which you'd think would be available in just about any supermarket just aren't.

I came here to shop and was followed and watched by security guards. It was a very bad shopping experience! I will definitely not come again next time, I feel like I am being discriminated against!

Used their self checkout and went paperless, as requested by them. Had security ask for my receipt, which I obviously didn’t have. The security guard took my photo without my consent, despite me asking her to check the CCTV footage. She then followed me into the street and continued to harass me. I contacted the call centre but no action has been taken. I’ve never had this experience at Coles or Aldi.

Had a good time getting racially profiled by security (senior white lady). Claimed she’s been checking everyone but we’ve seen plenty of people pass by, only when I pointed out her racist behavior did she start asking everyone else.she checked my bag which had two items that of course were paid for.woolworths you need to re-train your people and make this a safe and welcoming space for everyone, otherwise i hope you get more shoplifters.

Very friendly staff and it has all the items I need.

Every roast chicken, is so fresh, tender, juicy and delicious.

Overall positive experience.
Young team and most of the staff are very helpful and welcoming.

However, some customer services training and feedback system will be helpful and necessary to make this place better.

Really impressed with the variety and fresh to go options including sushi and hot meals.

Just found out Woolworths metro prices are different from the Woolworths online website. As much as $10. So be wary if you look up an item and expect it to be that price at a Woolworths metro store.

Nice and brand new store, good presentation.
However, the lady at the cashier this morning was very rude. Playing phone behind the counter, and choose the expensive type of tomato over the truss tomato.
Also, the person restocking is placing the trolley in the middle of the pathway, instead of the sideway for customers to walk.

This Woolies is probably better than my local.
Keep your eyes peeled for those undergound deals.

Odd layout due to the footprint of the location which means you are sometimes looking for things in odd places. Good stock though for a Metro.

Fantastic Metro store with a wide range of products. Easy access to the store with two levels and heaps of self checkouts. Very spacious and looks amazing.

Great store the staff are friendly and helpful and conveniently located near home! Only thing missing is Coffee like other Metros.

Handy supermarket. I wish they had more carb bread and unsweetened soy milk like the full size Woolworths. If they did I might do all my shopping there. But at the moment I go to either Coles, ALDI or other Woolworth's stores to do shopping as I can get low carb bread and soy milk at the same time. The great thing is Lucy and her husband in the Sushi shop inside the store. Often I go there just for that

Breads are always sold out or not fresh. Please for god sake change the manager. They have tons of chips and chocolates but not yugurt

They have all American type food like unique American lollies and u will find a huge variety of food.:)
