Woolworths Metro

They do not follow the sales policy. When they put a wrong price on product they have to sell it for cheapee regardless of the cost of the product. But they refuse to do it. And so rude duty manager who even didn't apologise for their mistakes and telling me I did't put it here. He dosen't know basic of sales and customer service

Since the refit it is terrible. Bad layout. No thought at all. Fresh food is in terrible conidtion. The staff are ruder than before esp when they are stacking. No logical sense. Very disappointed. Hopefully someone else will open up near there soon. I am going to trek further away now.

Relatively good than other supermarkets, The items are sorted by category and therefore easy to find. Great selection and reasonable prices. Fast billing counters at the exit, excellent parking facility. Will highly recommend this store, you will get each and everything under one roof.

Wow. Amazing stuff. Good deals. I was walking around, delirious and hungry when I stumbled across this Metro. Thankfully there was a chicken and mayo sandwich on sale for $2.04. I also bought a 1.5L bottle of water. Thank you, Woolworths Metro, I will visit you again!

Small but well located Woolworths Metro. Got all the staples but does lack the wider range available at bigger stores. Well located but and great for something you just need to grab.

Staff is not really educated well.they said when i went there before i gave money they already finished pay.even i didn't gave money to them after that i told them "i need rewards"
but they said
" it's super hard can you forget about it this time? "
Like this it is really can't understand reaction in the customer services.
I know you guys feeling annoying but service is service what ever you feeling you guys need to do for customer.

There is nowhere to line up when waiting to pay for something in person so it's normal to feel awkward.
They will sometimes charge you extra for special deals or will not even tell you about them.

I've only really stepped in and out of here twice for juice or water but they're really quite a modern store and have a good selection of healthy on the go treats.

When i worked in the city, loved coming here. Staff friendly & coffee is good, cheaper then most places too. Reg. Was $4 compared to $4.60 I pay now and isn't as good at times.

They offer fresh cheap things and cooked food such as soup, sandwiches, fries.and Great location, and great service and staff

They burn the double choc cookies all the time. And the hot wedges were terrible.ok for general limited shopping though

Excellent place for your routine groceries. Products with the Woolworth logo are super cheap, so go for them!

Like a big 7/11 but not a place to do groceries, way too small compared to other "micro" supermarkets get rid of the coffee and hot chicken snacks (more of a gas station sort of thing) and put a selection of home good. Maybe more than 2 jams for instance!

Fairly small so expect that there's limited stock and they get too crowded
often. Prices are incredibly cheap though.

Was able to stock up on some supplies for a really decent price! Even got some souvenirs to take back too.

Galen is an artist when it comes to making coffee. It definitely takes experience to make coffee the same great consistent way everyday. Please give him a raise, the city is definitely short of good barista style coffee makers

Small and not have wide options to buy. I recommend woolworths in QV MALL and Coles in Melbourne central will be a better options.

Loving these express city Woolies! Great options for a quick lunch or last minute dinner planning. Their pre-packaged selection is really good and will often serve as my mid-week lunch spot!

Nothing like a classic Woolies run with the boys, needs a BBQ going like Bunnings, can never go wrong with a snag after a shop. Has everything you need however kinda lacks in drinks from Asia.
