Clean, neat and organised store, BUT... I have noticed my favourite items have been discontinued for a limited choice of planned products. I'm disappointed

Marriott Waters Woolworths is one of my favourites as it has wide aisles, good variety of products and staff are friendly.

Thinking perhaps the staff are trained in this store to be rude and obnoxious to customers. Food is very average and I avoid going there as much as possible. Just wondering what the SOP was or is regarding the gold coin promotion.
Asked if the man had any as he was packing my shopping, he had a look and said sorry I don't but go to the service desk as they should have some. So I did. Well nasty rude woman couldn't be bothered. I was just an inconvenience. Looked like a manager I really wish I had got her name. Told me we have a lucky dip here and the coins a spread out across registers and if you're lucky you get 1 if not bad luck maybe next time. So I said really, I wish I had known when I came in then I would buy each product at different registers. Her reply was yes that's what you should do. I had to ask for the pixar cards, then it was huff do you have your receipt and gave me 3 cards.
No wonder I choose to go to the new Woolworths at cranbourne west now. Such nice pleasant staff, always willing to help and have no issues giving out coins if they have them.
So if anyone knows what the actual protocol is for serving customers can you go tell these rude women.
Normally I wouldn't be this forward but when people treat people with disrespect, I feel very let down.

Overall very rude staff. Not friendly and helpful at all evertime. Fungi strawberries and expired Mayo at the shelf.

There's an enquiries booth when manned, the self-service staff are very helpful and the store looks well kept. Parking is free and convenient too.

Very disappointed in this store. The fresh fruit is generally very average, sick of dodging staff filling shelves. Why can’t this be done at night. Now they seem to be replacing the registers with self serve. Only one register open when I was there with a queue. Don’t they want to employ staff. Will be looking for another supermarket even if I have to travel a bit further. One if the worst stores I have been to.

Great store, good specials, they have sample stock stand at the front of the store with free water, amazing. Store is bright, clean and well stocked.

Went for shopping on Sunday and found only 2 lanes were running and had people everywhere with full trollies. Waited for 20 minutes before served. Some brainless people working FREE for them through SO CALLED SELF CHECKOU, SAME PEOPLE WONT DO ANYTHING FREE OUTSIDE WORLD BUT BECOME LAB RAT FOR GIANTS BUSINESS.

I used to shop at this store as they understood that the Self Serve Registers should be about convenience for the customer and had 15c bags on the register for the customer to use. In fairness the walk to the bags is not a ridiculous as at Cranbourne North, but still as I get to the register with two arms full of groceries I have zero interest in turning around, going back to the start of the self serve area to "self serve" myself a bag too.

Another good clean store. Woolies are picking up their game. They have, to have you seen the new fit outs at Aldi they are really good. Their stores are ranked number one in my books. This compan y doesnt mess around thry have all their stores reported with everything new about every 5-7 years. No old leaking fridges there.
But yeah this applies was a nice clean attractive store.

This Woolworths has got to be the worst. Staff are unbelievably arrogant, checkout chicks just couldn't do any better even if there life depended on it. They really need to find themselves a different job if they don't want to work. Maybe blame the poor management for letting this store go downhill. They are incompetent at handling and serving customers. Food stock is never fresh. Dairy rancid. Vegetables mouldy. Price tags all wrong. I will happily be taking pics and posting them next time to prove my comments.

At 1600 I was shopping at Woolworths Marriott Waters. Over a period of 10 minutes as I moved around the store I noticed a male staff member on a checkout next to the self serve checkout not wearing his mask properly. It was well below his nose for most of the time I observed him with a poor attempt to cover his nose as a customer approached the checkout. The nose wire had not been adjusted for proper fitting. The staff member pulled the mask bellow his chin as the customer left and he walked around moving empty boxes until I pointed out the mask wearing breach in CHO derective to the female employee who was maning the self serve. This is not the first time that I have seen staff not wearing masks properly. I then went to Dan Murphy Marriott Waters at approximately 1615 to find a female staff member who had blond hair and had a 2 way radio who was stocking, her mask was so loose that her nose and mouth were visible. As I passed by she said hello and I said, mask, pointing to mine which was correctly worn. A poor attempt to raise the mask was made but her mouth and nose were still visible. I said it goes over your nose, with attitude she goes, JEESS! Given what is happening in Melbourne it is unacceptable and a disgrace that Woolworths Company staff are not supplied with masks that fit properly without needing constant attention to stay in place and that they have not been properly trained on fitting and wearing masks properly at all times. The lack of appropriate supervision and complacency of other staff who were equally complacent or oblivious to what was going on in both the incidents I have identified is unacceptable. If either store was identified as an exposure site these staff are the type of people that are responsible for the continued spread of Covid and potentially indirectly responsible for the lifes of people exposed (death?). As would the management and complacent staff of these stores. What an absolute disgrace for the company today's experience has been. I would like to know what action Woolworths will take to ensure staff wear proper fitting masks all the time.

Well set out Woolies with plenty of parking. Unfortunately not enough disabled parking close to shop.
