Only there to work had all my cards up to date but entry was still difficult

One of the worst places I’ve ever delivered too. 6hrs waiting to unload. Not on bit of care towards drivers health and safety. At time of delivery I was asked how many hours I had left on my shift and they were told I had 4 hours with an hours drive back to the farm. 6 hours later and was given priority status to unload. Woolworths doing there bit for people’s safe work place!

How they manage to get products onto shelves is beyond me has to be 1 of the slowest distribution warehouses in melbourne

Poor Service to transport ️ companies. Very long delays in executing deliveries due to sad slack, attitudes by inexperienced management & some (not all) staff members. Never enough staff to execute work responsibility & too busy policing the premises when & where not required. However, some (not many) days can be good.

I started my career with Woolworths here as a DC Store Person, at that stage, I was predominately order selecting. As a facility, it's incredibly clean - which one might expect out of a workplace, though given its size, that is a feat in and of itself. They pay really well and I have a lot to be appreciative of, in this respect, it allowed me to get more time back with my family when I started working here. My experience working with the team was great - there are some incredible, real and genuine people there that make a big difference to the people they interact with - probably more so than they realize.

What a well organised place. The staff here do a great job! Love the chocolate room which is kept at a suitable temperature to ensure the chocolate never melts!

Rather busy distribution center. Traffic is always busy on market days when traffic is grid locked turning into the carpark near the Laverton Markets.
