Woolworths Keysborough reviews
30Great local store. Sometimes congested at the checkouts. I find the fruit and veg fresh here.
Refused to unlock a trolley for when I went into the store to do my shopping. So I walked out and went to Coles who agreed to unlock a trolley.
Self service check out counters are absolutely filthy
Edited:
Here I am, four days later, and the checkout counters are still filthy as ever. Don’t understand why the staff there can’t give them a quick wipe. Perhaps, the company doesn’t care. Might have to find another place to do my shopping.
I made a complaint recently and the store management responded quite impressively. Thank you.
Been shopping at this local woolies for the past 5 years and I have never come across such an ill mannered person working in customer service! This lady is a very big African lady with glasses. Very rude and was completely out of focus when she was putting the shopping through. When I ask can I scan my everyday rewards card? She said her first word to me since she stared serve me: which was accusing me not scan my card, now she have to go back the process to let me scan. When I asked her name, she arrogantly said: I dont have a name. And the staff next to her was identifiy me as I have been rasied? A shopping experience should be as easy as possible to the customer, clearly not at this Woolworth!
Been shopping at woolies for the past 30 years and I have never come across such an ill mannered person working in customer service! This lady working with short hair and glasses at the self service check out named Michelle needs a lesson in manners and proper training in customer service. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I can see a few other people have complained about this women no surprises there as her behaviour was appalling!
After more than 5 years being a customer, I had to deal just now with a very rude staff member at the counter! Kathy is her name and she was absolutely rude when I tried to return a wrong purchase. Her attitude and condescending way of talking to me, was a shock to me. If Woolies wants to have employees like her, they must not expect to have happy customers. Someone has to teach her some manners!
I wasnt even able to spend $100 exactly without having to enter a pin number which i didnt have with me, so, no groceries. My mum was so upset. Thanks woolworths.
Usually very busy shop, lots of markdowns. Can always find parking, but may take a minute. Helpful staff.
Vey happy with service,
I called in and spoke with night shift manager Christian very professional, also thank you all other staff members for your 5 ***** customer service.
Not a good idea to change almost all your self serve check outs to card only every time im waiting along with others to use the cash ones. And not much room to use your self serve check outs when trolleys take up most of the room.
On Sundays shelf is always empty and void of Ww brand kitty litter and Smitten kitten buscuits. Will never return.
Had no stock of anything early morning Christmas Eve. Now I know why I go to Coles! At least they had restocked shelves!
What a beautiful set up, meat and diary products are in one area, bakery isint far which saved me walking around the store. The staff are so welcoming, helpful and very friendly.
The pandemic requires another store because of social distance safety rules which seem impossible in a shopping mall. Big W should close down to make room for another Woolworths stores especially for seniors with wheelchair or scooter
Unfortunately the older demographic that work here are generally not pleasant to deal with and are more likely to go on a power trip, while the younger demographic are helpful and easy going.
This Woolworth store is bigger than Springvale store. Also have more products as well. I would recommend to shop here or Keysborough south store. Not recommend to shop at Woolworth Springvale because you'll find that most of products are not selling at Springvale store.
There is no hand sanitizer when you walk in nobody counting how many in store nothing protecting the EFTPOS machines
I do my weekly shopping at Parkmore Keysbrough both Woolworth's and Coles, rate them both the same.
One thing I've noticed since this lock down are the prices just about everything went up just when most people are struggling and don't get me started on toilet paper which Woolworth's are the most expensive.
The shelves are getting back to normal slowly just hope the weekly specials return at the right price.
You can never find what your looking for either it is out of stock or they just dont keep it anymore. The staff is very rude aswell.
