Woolworths Ivanhoe

Great undercover parking. I started getting Click and collect during COVID and I've continued to do so. Unlike Coles Ivanhoe the parking is protected from rain and hot sun, so while you're waiting for staff to bring your order to the car, you can be in relative comfort. Staff are always helpful and if on rare occasions I've had an issue with my grocery order, they are really easy to deal with.

Asked two men for help trying to find an item and they couldn’t have been more unhelpful or disinterested. The shelves were also a mess and very disorganised.

I usually order online and have found that the ‘partner delivery’ system, although convenient and quick, delivers items in a poor condition. This has happened a number of times and I think this poor loaf of bread needs an upload

I get that it is a small store, but they are frustratingly frequently out of stock of specials or even common items. Roast chickens are unreliable at the best of times. No longer open till
Midnight, so might as well make Heidelburg the regular stop.

They seem to have no stock most woolworths brand is gone, coffee they not stocking rice they haven't had for months no turkish bread you have to ring them first to check if they got in stock I left my shopping there twice this week because no stock come on guys wake up

Nice store mostly kept stocked although is missing some items bigger stores stock. Kept very clean

We took my autistic brother who has very high needs to this store and he began playing with the fruit, when we tried to get him to stop we were told by a senior employee that “we will be kicked out of the store if he does not stop” and were then escorted by another staff member out the door.

In the past 16 years of caring for my brother this is the WORST experience we have ever had and we were shocked by the rude behaviour from your staff.

Meat is worse variety than any other Woolworths and twice the price of Preston Market. Staff are often untrained. I saw men loading vegetables into Woolworths from a ute on the main road. Otherwise good.

I brought 2 usb charger today, I opened one of them and use it, another one not used, so want to return the other one, the stuff (red hair girl) said no, she said it's not coles can't return if the items not damaged and working well.first time heard about it, it's not fresh food! Only a electric charger! And haven't opened! The girl told me: you can not change your mind! When I want to ask the manager she said the manager already go home! Hahaha! Very nice!

Staff are lovely but the elevators are constantly malfunctioning and they rarely have registers open, including every evening I've come after dinner. I'm here now at 9: 15am on a Sunday and there's only one register open with loads of staff in the store. If you're in Ivanhoe I'd suggest just using Coles or if you are closer to Eaglemont or Heidelberg, use the Woolworths Heidelberg store or Leos instead. The Coles Ivanhoe deli is heaps better too. The store manager just refused staff member on registers request to go to bathroom saying wait 10 more minutes even though she'd been trying to close register for a while to have the toilet break. That's illegal. She could have easily jumped on the register herself for a few minutes or got one of the many staff to help out. I hope the employee quits and goes to a better managed store.

Another day wandering the isles, another stranger's failed attempt at dieting.

Always nice to peer through the window of the soul and see exactly what kind of snack it takes to erode someone's self control.

Great location and regulation Woolies, but the car park is a squeeze to get in and out of. Has all the regular stuff and lates out well. Plus open to midnight!

Riley was absolutely fantastic at assisting with our online order. Called the store to tell them that I would be running late due to a very sick daughter in hospital. When I arrived the order was brought down to me promptly and I was given a bouquet of flowers with a lovey note from Riley (I presume he/she is the manager) sending he/she’s best wishes for my daughter. Fantastic service, I will be back again and be recommending the Woolworths ivanhoe to my friends.

Despite being a dated supermarket, this store has plenty of underground parking, good staff and almost everything you need for your weekly grocery shop.

Woolworths Heidelberg sets the standard for supermarkets in this area.

Buyer beware! Their Portuguese tarts from the bakery are actually produced oversea instead of being made locally. Very disappointing Woolworths Ivanhoe!

Great woolies to go to. Staff are very helpful in finding random groceries. I just hope that woolies can do isle locations for their website to correspond to the store you look up.
Other than that fruits and veggies were fresh and nicely stocked up.

Some sort of building work going on in car park beneath store at present leaving far fewer car spaces and a fair bit of confusion, but Woolies is same as usual and a good place to shop.

This Woolworths is nicely laid out with car parking on the side street on the basement floor. Even though the shop is a little Compact store and still easy to get around for your shopping needs. The staff has always been a very nice with your shopping needs.

Please do something about the delays with the drive-up orders! This morning was the 10th time in a row when they made me wait 20 minutes and be late from work. I tried all combinations of clicking "I'm 15 mins away", then "I'm here", or only one of the two. Last time I clicked I'm here when I was still home hopefully saving some time and they stull came 20 mins late! I was understanding until I saw that the store was busy with multiple customers picking up at the same time, but this morning I was the only one in the pick-up bay with the main store also being quiet. I am done. Going to Coles.

It was messy: verging on dirty. Clean your own trolley and no clean baskets. No sanitizer. If there is no virus why are we still waiting for vaccines?
