Woolworths Flinders Street (Metro)

Is it really that difficult to make a large vanilla late extra hot.this is what I asked for the lady who served me used a teaspoon to measure the vanilla shot in my large coffee such a small amount for a large coffee (don't the bottles come with a pump on them that gives you more then a teaspoon) I asked for extra hot she did not do this all of 1 extra sec she heated the milk for.so then I asked for sugar (as she refused to put any more syrup in the coffee) I said yes 3 she couldn't even manage to do that half a teaspoon each time I ended up doing it myself and to top it all of they didn't even have anything to stir the coffee with I ended up using a straw to do this. I tried to complain to another worker I said "aren't you supposed to taste the vanilla in the coffee? " her response was well that's how we do it here. (customer service in this store is second to none existent). What a fantastic way to start the day.to think when you have to go and do a course to make coffee in Victoria in a coffee shop you would have thought they know what they was doing clearly this was not the case I've never been so angry over a coffee

I always visit while in town. They have an amazing selection of fresh foods and other foods that I don't usually see in other grocery stores. It was nice spending time with here!

Shout out to Shashank who served me today, absolutely polite and honest. He chased after me as soon as he found out that an item was scanned twice.

Relatively good than other supermarkets, The items are sorted by category and therefore easy to find. Great selection and reasonable prices. Fast billing counters at the exit, excellent parking facility. Will highly recommend this store, you will get each and everything under one roof. So must visit Big W for a better experience!

It's a small Wollies. What you expect. Not a huge variety but it's got the essentials. Conveniently located and lots of self serve checkouts to keep the queues moving.

Favorite place to get healthy snacks when I'm in the city. Great variety of warm and cold food.

Quickest place to buy smokes from if you are in a hurry to get home. The Coles nearby isn't the place to buy cigarettes at all because of the insane waiting line for the counter.

Went in for Strawberry Ice-Cream, dog roll and lamb chops.had none of these items in store. Pretty bad for s supermarket.

Woolworths as every one knows has been at the forefront of providing fresh produce. Also it stand up for the community programs.
I refuse to shop anywhere elseifinCBD. And I have used my pointscard so many-times that it's been replaced 3 times.

Small and well organized. The only thing that was off, is that the plastic bags were kind of hidden.

You get all your daily need stuff here.most of the items are at competitive rates usually you find them cheaper than other available stores other than Cole's as they also offer rates very close to Woolworths.

This store is so small I wouldn't call it a supermarket. Didn't have what I needed. Go around the corner to coles on Elizabeth st. Much better. 50 metres away.

Very convenient, food are fresh and various. Products are renew frequency. Provide enough food for everyone (just my thinking) even the store isn't too big. Staff are frendly when you check in and check out and the securities are friendly at all time but don't with stealing people.

Good selection of ready to go food and general convenience grocery items at fair prices. But it's more like a convenience store than a grocery store. Very handy for a quick shopping trip on your way home.

Minimal stock of the essentials, but decent range of office lunch food. Not much there at end of day. Staff are friendly.

Great place, not overcrowded, though as it's a "Woolworths Metro", the product range are limited.

You can expect just basic things here. Not a good collection of chocolates etc. Prices are also higher than usual.

Whilst it's central and convienient it's really quite expensive. It's not really a big shop type supermarket.

Very conveient and great for quick shopping.a young aussie guy at cafe was very friendly and approachable plus he made a really good latte which was good tempature and taste.he made my day:) i will get coffee from this cafe/ww for sure!
