Woolworths Echuca

My shopping experience at Woolworths in Echuca was OK and l was able to get what l needed to buy by using self service machines.

Best woollies ever. That’s all I have to say. WHERE IS THE WOOL WOOLIES NO SHEEP=NO WOOL. WHAT DO YOU GET IT IS FAULSE ADVERTISING

Nice woolworths. Shelves full. Clean floors. All they need is someone to look through the fruit and veg section once in a while to clean out anything that might have snuck in rotten. I mean it happens so no fault but just have someone go through and throw it out.

Not over keen on this place the middle isle is annoying but wasn't out of place when they built the levy bank

Great store, verything you need, even though short on staff still getting through the checkout process quick

I can appreciate when staff are having a bad day, I’ve been in hospitality for 7 years but a lady at the register called Cheryl was yelling at everyone instead of just talking, throwing things in bags, yelling at another employee who was trying to resolve and help an issue. She kept going on about how she needs to finish work in half an hour. I felt like I was inconveniencing her and felt unwanted. Some people shouldn’t be in customer service in some cases.

Huge range of big brand names however the Woolworths brand products are just as good and in many cases way better. Fresh produce is second to none. Deli is always clean and well stocked. Staff are friendly helpful and often go that extra mile.

It was a delight to just do shopping in Woolworths Echuca.

There is obviously new management because the store is empecible.

Woolworths Moama is great. Very clean and helpful staff. I prefer shopping at Moama vs Woolworths Echuca.

My partner Chantelle went in with a smile and came out with a frown. Thanks Karen. We won't be back. Rude rude rude!: (

Staff are great even though yhe customer before me was rude and angry she was still all smiles for me.

Usual problem of visiting a different store, the layout is different and it takes a while to find what you want but eventually you leave with your needs.

Good Supermarket. Great store layout.
They have an extensive range of products. Mostly well priced items. Sometimes excellent specials. Good people at the front of house (POS).
New improved restrooms have now made this venue more customer friendly, I am pleased to report.
Still need to do something about the toilets-closed again. I travel from Cohuna. Not good enough.
Not Woolies fault I believe but for heavens sake!

Illiterate rude spoilt child with fake eyelashes and margarine as make-up at tobacco register.admitted she gave me the wrong tobacco, but as I opened the plastic wrap would not swap for what I asked for.customer for 15 years.now.in your hole where the sun don't shine woolworths.ability to speak read and write the kings English is not a prerequisite here.

Has everything you would expect at a Woolworths, the car park is shared with some other big brand shops, so if you need to pick up supplies in Echuca, I always shop here.

Staff very helpful. Would prefer if fruit and veg was last when you walk in due to packing trolley. Checkout staff very friendly. I realise with 1st comment that you can only go in one way due to COVID restrictions. Think it would be better to reverse entry and exit.

As have not gone into this shop for a while. I found it a bit foreign to find things. This place is well stocked and set out also. Checkout was good. No standing in line for to long. The checkout lady was pleasant and helpful. Parking a bit of a problem. As I'm disabled it was hard to find parking. Only a couple for big area. All in all pleasant to go to.

Poor Click and Collect service. Carparks unavailable, food consistently missing from orders and waiting up to 30 minutes for someone to come outside despite seeing the trolley in the window.

This place is always packed and busy, I Don’t like busy including the carpark, I try to avoid those kind of shops. On the odd occasion I do shop here for stocking up on the specials. There is a carpark opposite the store, If your towing or in a mhome you need to park and shop early in the morning when the store opens to accommodate close parking. Other then that it ain't a place for caravans and mhomes it does not accommodate the needs. Opposite Big w has parking that can accommodate larger vehicles near the train line.
