Woolworths Cobram

Great supermarket. Biggest assortment of products at great prices. Many specials on favourite products. Friendly and helpful staff. Great parking.

Woolworths Cobram really need to train their staff properly. You can not expect the young kids you employ to do their job properly if you do not train them. And then to have them all on at night without supervisors being on the floor.
Overcharged with no one knowing how to deal with it.

Very busy. Found a wait for the cooked chickens, with 10 people waiting at 1030am. Had everything we needed.

As an 81 year old I have been using Woolworths supermarket for many years, but I am sick of getting home and finding frozen food In a normal bag like today I bought a new cool bag as I could see I would need it, but low and behold once home and unpacking I found frozen/cold fridge items in the bottom of a normal bag. The only thing needing cooling was a dog meat roll and I was served by a women of mature age so one would think she would know how to pack. I am sick of it so maybe I should go to IGA to spend my rapidly declining pension.

Usually produce is pretty good, however, as owners of a pomegranate orchard in Cobram, I am annoyed to see pomegranates marked as Australian, clearly stickered with USA! Our season does not begin until March/April. This clearly is a breach of Australian standards, hopefully this is not the case throughout Australia and will be rectified by my next visit.

Needed to change the pick up times. Put on hold 4 times and all 4 rung out then cut off.
Just walked in because no one over the phone would actually help. They found the order after looking and saying twice it wasn’t there.
Said all was there ready to go. Got home, no fridge items!
I’m guessing they didn’t actually look properly, scan or count the bags. Must be too hard!

Even though Woolworth is like twice as busy because of the floods and people coming from other small towns the staff still take the time to help everyone and if ever there is a problem the manager goes out of his way to help you and in times like these respect to all the staff and management

Really nicely run Woolies. Meats and Veggies appear local. Employs a lot of young staff (which is great) is clean and well managed.

Was busy and prices seem to be going up but as far as Woolies stores go it's a nice little store, Staff were friendly and helpful

1 deli staff member was rude and it turned me off shopping there. No one should be fat shamed in a supermarket by an employee

If you go in to this Woolworths store do not expect to get out in a hurry! Nearly every time I've been in there they have only two cashiers open and self serve is packed so it takes 20min before you get to a register.

Everything you want here only complaint not many checkouts open the day I was there and shelves a bit empty but that's the times we live in at the moment

Same ridiculous prices, & empty shelves as every other Woolworths.
Not enough self serve checkouts that accept cash. Go to a small local store & stop filling rich corporate pockets.

I politely asked a lady for assistance in the beauty aisle and she was not helpful in the slightest, rude to be exact. I come up to Cobram every single year for holidays and always try my best to support local businesses during my travels but it’s just so difficult when you can’t even ask for help these days.

There was a Hot worker named Ryan and I just wanted to know if he would like to go out for dinner one night

Disappointed with the lack of stock on the shelves. Always a long wait at checkout.
The staff are lovely though

I try to support the IGA stores as often a I can, but I often come to woollies because sometimes they have a better selection on certain items. And the store is very neat and well maintained.

It is good with the stock! Alot of people during the christmas and espeacially the new year period

The dipping sauce for the chips are a bit wack. Not sure what ingredients are in the dipping sauce but it was pretty good, weird colour though.

The shelves are still empty still can't get your brand long life lactose free milk But can't speak highly enough of staff been here 10 years and the staff ARE ALWAYS GREAT
