Woolworths Clayton M-City reviews
25 The M city woolworths is quite good, lot of items from international section here. Quite accessible and lot of differently products.
Produce is quite good. And there usually is stock of items.
Only low point, you need to have a coin to use the bigger trolleys, which is a nuisance considering you can't shop big if you forget a coin. And if there are no trolleys in the underground parking you need to go back up to retrieve your coin.
Update: Stores charging 50c to get key chain coin in case you don't have coins. Considering that they don't want to fit locks on their trolleys like Coles does.
This is a nice big and new Woollies. A bit better than most, and the under cover parking is great in this centre.
Why is my ID checked over and over again because I look young when I buy cigarettes? Because Asians have baby faces? I provided the id and she asked if it was mine, and I provided another id that could prove it to her. Did I go through the customs security check at the airport? In addition, she asked me what I wanted before checking my ID, and I told her the cigarettes I wanted. However immediately after checking my id the lady told me they didn't have that one. If you don't have you should tell me immediately instead of dealing with your guests like a machine here
This is one of the newer Woolworths branches in these parts. It has a good variety of groceries and everyday items. It is normally quiet during the day and busier in the evening when the apartment residents return from work. A good place to shop during the weekdays.
If two different check out girls don't know between them, what a recharge voucher For Vodafone is, maybe they need more training.
If you need essentials in Clayton's other side, I think it's the closest and convenient store. However, it is a bit smaller and some of the goods are out of stock very quickly.
Get all the stuff needed in one place. Located inside M City. Best option for any household to have all the needs in one place.
Typical WW. Relatively new store. Huge amount of self serve, limited normal checkouts. No specialty sections ie no sushi bar & no butcher. Beneath a hotel/apartment living. Has lots of small stores & a cinema. Located on a busy, major intersection. Above & underground parking.
Went to pick up online order. The service was quick and no contact as they put the stuff in my car.
Seriously, it's a supermarket what do you need to know.
It has a good range of stock.
Staff are really friendly and helpful when I've needed assistance.
It's a large store.
I will continue to shop here when I need to.
It's located near a kmart, a bakery, a few Asian grocer's, a meal hub, a news agent and has apartments above.
My car was damaged by a rolling trolley with building materials. Centre management gave me the flick and didn't want to know about it.
Very poor communication.
Shopping for dinner with a friend. Good range of food as one would expect. Friendly staff made it more pleasant.
I was waiting for the Grocery guys to come up for over 30mins and help me with an item which says it's clearly in stock on the app and your systems. Guess you are too busy serving other customers or doing whatever you do.
Lovely woolies with a wide selection, good location and inside the M City mall so lots of other shops to choose from as well
The store itself is well stocked and employees always appear to be on hand and helpful.
Car park logistics aren't great though. Very little spaces close to entrances and crossings are dangerously hard to find on foot or spot while driving.
Brand new, easy parking but have to pay for trolley use which is bad for those of us who pay by card/phone.
It's a newer woolworths but doesn't have the amenities of some others I've been to. Old style metal trolleys and no Cafe type food.
Great easy under cover parking. Easy access to the shops. Lovely atmosphere throughout the complex. Love shopping here.
Clean store. So it should be as it's new. I used to be an avid Woolies ahopper but range is not as good as Coles. I can get more there. Also, inconsistent quality of fresh produce.
Great store in a nice and convenient location. Has an extremely large and varied range of offerings and even a plant based section near the meats. You can even get paneer here as well, which I've never seen at any of the supermarkets near the area. Customer service is friendly and the new build means it's quite a nice place to shop in. There's also nearby parking for click and collect in the lot as well.
