Woolworths Casey reviews
41 Competing with Coles, at least this store seems to actually have stock which is a point in its favour.
Store layout is a little odd. And take some getting used to.
Always have great experience with the staff. Today Daylon on customer service helped to pop my shopping bags in trolly. I did not find anyone who does this favour for you without even asking. He is soo nice and kind. I would really appreciate him for his kind and helping behaviour.
Went in to get some groceries. The self checkout machine got the money calculation wrong and gave me less than what i had to get. Called the self checkout representative at that time ‘Emma’ she came and started showing attitude infront of everyone. Rolled eyes, insisted that the machine gave the correct amount.
Mind you i had not even touched the money that was sent out by the machine just for proof. Was told she was going to check the cameras after me, accused me of ‘stealing’ and ‘dishonesty’ infront if everyone there.
Basically showed all signs of disrespect and gave the money she ‘assumed’ i was lying about and told me to leave. Yelling that she didn’t want to argue, however, all i was telling her was to check the store cameras to prove i put in more than the machine was saying i did.
In the end i came back and spoke to Nick (this manager was the best) he really understood where i was coming from. He resolved the matter by checking the camera as i told him for proof, because at this point it was about my reputation being at stake.
Nick was apoplectic and really made me feel better by taking note of how i was treated by this other employee. Thank you Nick. However, the employee really needs to learn how to talk to customers when there is a query, giving a bad name to Woolworths. And to respect customers and definitely not accuse anyone of dishonesty unless seen with her own bare eyes!
Not bad for a supermarket, tends to be quieter and better stocked than the coles at the other end.
My fortnightly woolys good supermarket don't be afraid to speak to staff like normal mates because they will treat you like one thanks guys
I like this Woolworths, has plenty of nice staff that have been there for a long time and a good layout.
Well stocked store, staff very friendly & helpful. Be careful of the flooring, it gives horrible static shocks through the trolley!
A good place to shop and prices are down sometimes depending on what it is that your buying, however I am disappointed that I have to go to their opposition to buy my come on Woolies you're supposed to be the fresh fruit people.
Over the years we have bought out of date yoghurts/juice and dealt with not so friendly staff. Last week we picked up orange juice that was 2x days passed its use by. We started using click and collect for convenience. We have on 2x occasions waited up to 40 minutes in the waiting bays. For the second time today we have missed items on collection. The first time we missed an entire trolley. This time we picked up a large shop and the young man comes out with 1x trolley, having been there before i confirmed with him 3x times if that was everything he said yes thats all sorry some items may have been out of stock. Get home and at least 2x bags worth of shopping missing. Called and spoke with the manager who started by apologising and i asked if they could deliver in their error and the manager said she would ring woolworths online but she would be on hold for over an hour but she would ring them. She made me feel like i should be sorry for her inconvenience. Woolworths online rang me and said they could not deliver and would process a refund…. If they miss items they should deliver it defeats the point
The store is always well stocked, just a shame that their direct to boot service is significantly delayed, and staff are never kind or responsive - even when customers appropriately use the Woolworths app to check in. I wouldn’t usually complain, but when this delay causes me to be abused but an angry direct to boot customer being held up without a parking spot, it’s not tolerable. Please find the gaps in this process and fix this.
Big shop, right near the entrance of the shopping centre, we went early and there were not too many shoppers then which was good.
I have been going here for several years in the last year this store has really gone down hill I'm sick of going there and finding fruit and veg and shelves low in stock so I go to coles because they don't seem to have a problem with stock pick up your game woolies and don't blame covid
Wondeful service by the staff working in fruit and vegg, always great and fresh produce, keep up the great work
Great shopping place. Will keep shopping here.
I like Safeway but Woolies will do.
I also like to thank the manager that gave me the Christmas hamper at December 2020.
As he said he will move the box that is still hanging on the wall from bus but 6 months later it is still there.
Remember I got a sore shoulder and you promised you WILL GET TO MOVE IT.
It is good that you don't use that register only on peak periods but still need to move it.
This is a great place for great food.
Just do NOT go to Casey Central to a Cafe called "On the Go Cafe".
As they can yell at you in other shops.
They have anger management issues.
Was ok, everyone seemed to be super busy doing 'stuff', made it a very transactional interasction.
Great service and I got everything I wanted for a low price just to many teenage wanna be gangsters after school
Modern Woolworths in a small and not especially well set out mall. Good range and good produce. Less than ideal parking nearby, handy toilets just outside and also a kids play equipment that seems popular.
The lady with short hair who is always at the front customer service desk (think she is the manager) is so dreadful to deal with. She makes me anxious. It would be real nice if she was kinder.
Do my weekly shop there and sometimes drop in to get a couple items friendly and helpful staff.
I was my way to my daughter in law. Good size shopping centre. I was there to by Easter Eggs and morning tea, which I bought from WW & Coles. I also found a shop to buy gift bags.
